Defective product received. I need same another brand new product
Ibell is a good product. I opened this product with the help of regular machine using wood cutter. This item is not starting at all. The chain adjustment screw is in bend contiton. Unable to adjust the chain. Please take back and replace By New one after My order.please pickup goods. 26.8.23

Bogus extended warranty, and dummy spark plug
Shipped with lowest grade unnamed spare plug which didn’t work to start with. After 2 days of trying different techniques and by my few friends, replacing the spark plug worked instantly.The documentation refers to some numbers and steps none of which match.The company promised extended warranty which is fake. Don’t believe them!

Defective product not starting
Not satisfied with first impression. Raised return. But the delivery partner not yet pickup even not attempted for pickup. But they mentioned door locked. Hectic return process. So, recommend to avoid buying this product.

Decent support
I am very disappointed. I received a replacement after the initial machine did not start. I had to repair and replace the broken, defective parts on the replacement since I was informed that product was not returnable.
