The vendor delivered promptly and the shoe is great for the gym and for walking. The shoe fits my very narrow feet and has much cushion to help my knees.

I’ve been struggling with my run time for my Combat fitness test. I’ve been over on my 1.5/2 mile run by a minute or so. I hate running .. it’s never been my thing. Straight out the box I ran 4 miles (not kidding) a FIRST time ever running that distance. Shoes are definitely a running Aide . They are light and “ springy” . If you’re looking for a fashion shoe … these arnt it even tho they are very cute in my opinion. But definitely a great running shoe! Nike… you did it!!
