Sounds amazing, easy to use
I am really happy with this purchase. It’s a solid little unit packed with features. The sound is top notch. I like that it can be powered with batteries for portability, but that it also can be plugged in for when you’re in the studio. It’s a nice compact size. The interface is really well done, and even feels a little old-school (in a VERY positive way) I can’t believe how inexpensive it is for everything you get. This is easily comparable to units that cost many times more.

Great pedal for the price.
This pedal is a lot of fun for both new and intermediate players. Although it isn't a professional grade effects pedal, it produces clean effects that can't be beat for the money. It will allow users to experiment with different sounds to see what they prefer. It does take some time to understand the controls but all in all, it's fairly easy to use. I only have three things I would change. Make it bigger, make it out of metal, (both would raise the price point) and make the different presets the same basic volume. Some of them are quite loud. Aside from that, I would reccomend this to just enjoy the different effects. Can't beat it for the price.

Does a LOT for what it costs, but not pro-level equipment
This thing is far from professional quality but if you are one of those people who just hacks around and plays for their own enjoyment, it's a fun toy with lots of functionality. Especially if you manage to catch it selling for a LOT less than the regular price. The main advantage of this gadget is a does a LOT. Aside from all the different guitar sounds, which are infintely customizable, it's also a drum machine (40 patterns), metronome, 3-minute looper with infinite overdub, wah pedal, volume pedal and electronic tuner. You could easily spend more than $100 just on a simple looper so this is quite a bargain given all that it does. As with most multi-effects guitar pedals at this price point, most of the pre-set sound effects (80 in this case) are pretty worthless. Goofy distortion combos that no guitarist has ever used in my experience. Some just don't sound that great. But there are a few good ones in there and you can create your own if you have the patience. The interface can be quite challenging because there are so many options and only a few buttons or switches to control them. It is difficult to keep track of everything when programming new sounds. As others have mentioned, there are massive volume differences depending on which pre-set sound effects are selected be prepared to balace those out with guitar or amp volume controls. It would have been nice if Mooer had spent a bit more time getting volume levels more uniform. Overall sound quality is OK but not great -- a bit harsh and raspy sometimes. Not very clean or tight. Professionals would find lacking I think, but fine for just fooling around. About what you would expect from a device that costs so little. So if you want to have some fun, experiement with different sounds, see what a wah pedal can really do, create your own backing tracks, this is a great little device. It gets the job done, at the hobbyist level anyone, and does not cost a lot.

Great guitar accessory for the beginner
Excellent item for the price. Well-made and easy to use. Unit has more features loaded in it than the price reflects. Very happy with this purchase.

Pedal is crazy good
Price....10/10 Function 10/10 Durability 8/10 (plastic but durable) Preset effects 10/10 (and can easily tweak and customize each more) Drum loops 7/10 (can tweak bmn) Tuner 10/10 (by clicking both bottombuttons) This thing is easy to use and amazing when paired with a great guitar ive had it for 6 months and it never fails me in any way

Great value for what it does. Advanced beginners to intermediate level.
Good item for mid beginners to intermediate. I am at the intermediate stage. It has more than what I need, intense manual but I was able to get a cool beat, dial the bpm down and had some effect wah. It works and I sounded good practicing. I don't have time to go through everything yet and there is probably stuff I will never use. I will compare it to my actual big muff π as there is that is included. Bought on sale and you will still spend that on 1 good pedal. Still not on sale I would recommend. You really can't beat it for the drum and looper alone.

Decent (But not 100% sure yet)
OK, here's a review for a 2 week out-of-box experience with context. Primarily play acoustic but got a cheap electric guitar to noodle. Also not a tech nerd but smart enough to know what's going on. Im running this with a squire mustang through a fender amp with normal channel volume just over 1 treble 5 bass 7. I have tried this on own as well at end of signal chain with compressor, distortion, and modulation pedals before it. Its kind of intuitive if you use single pedals but given multiple functions takes reading the manual and practice. As others note , no main on off switch. Also the foot switches and mode and value knob take some getting used to and if you're not sure can seem to override each other and can get you a little lost. First was a run through each patch. As others have noted, some preset sounds vary greatly in volume output. Maybe you can change and save these im not sure yet. But given my setup and needs not a super issue. Some of the patches are neat sounding and I while I dont think all of them land it probably provides some fun figuring out what sounds you might like. One main reason I got this was the looper. I have a standalone looper but wanted to see if I could loop one sound while solo over another. This is somewhat a challenge in loop mode in rhe moment without bending down and changing the sound. ...at least as far as I know. It takes a little timing to get the loop track right of course but I think there is just a little delay on playback which again is not a super issue but notable. The drum tracks seem fine. Basic but fine. Tuner seems fine. The biggest issue seems the pedal. In general it is simply "on off" for volume. When in pedal mode I get "min max exp" and then lastly " error" but no info on what this means. The pedal does not seem to work in pedal mode meaning the wah does not seem to wah and octaves do not go up or down. There is simply no change in effect. Thats what I get so far. Maybe I just need to learn to use it better. The benefits seem to be fun getting into electric guitar and playing with different effects while the downside seem to be with getting the things to work. Im giving it another week and if I can't get pedal to work will return it. If I do will update review. Thats why im giving 3 stats for now.

Great value for the money
Good value for the money. Lots of functions for a moderate price. Well built and easy to use. I especially like the looper function.
