Keratin 3 Day Growth - A Promising Nail Strengthener
In my quest to grow my natural nails long and ditch acrylics, I decided to give Keratin 3 Day Growth a try, just for fun. To my surprise, I noticed some growth in just three days. This product has impressed me with its effectiveness and additional benefits. Keratin 3 Day Growth is formulated with powerful keratin amino acids, which are essential for building strong nails. This treatment absorbs into the soft, weak layers of the nails, providing maximum strength and preventing peeling and chipping. I have noticed a visible improvement in the overall health and strength of my nails since using this product. The quick-drying formula is a great feature, allowing me to continue with my daily activities without worrying about ruining my manicure. While the polish is not as thick as a regular clear coat, applying 2-3 coats compensates for this, resulting in a clean and polished look. I appreciate the versatility of Keratin 3 Day Growth. It can be used with nail color as a base and top coat, creating a long-wearing and high gloss manicure. Alternatively, it can be used alone for a natural and healthy look with a subtle shine. This flexibility caters to different preferences and occasions. The directions for application are straightforward and easy to follow. Simply apply two coats over dry, clean nails, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next. When used with nail color, applying another coat every three days provides long-lasting protection. Removal is effortless with nail polish remover. In conclusion, Keratin 3 Day Growth has exceeded my expectations as a nail strengthener. Its ability to promote nail growth in just three days is impressive. The quick-drying formula, versatility, and ease of use make it a standout product. While the polish may not be as thick as expected, it still delivers a clean and polished look. I will continue using this product to support the growth and strength of my natural nails. If you're seeking a reliable nail treatment that provides visible results, I highly recommend giving Keratin 3 Day Growth a try.

It’s Magic!
This stuff really works! I had broken my thumb nail down to the quick, so far that it was very painful. Not kidding when I say that literally 3 days later, it had grown out enough that it was fully back to normal with no pain at all. Highly recommend for growth!

It Works!!!
I didn't have any expectations for this nail-aid other than sealing my cracked nail. I had an injury to my big toe nail and got a ridge and cracked. Then I dropped a 15lb weight on it while wearing sandals. It dented my nail. I used this nail-aid following the instructions. I figured 3 days was quite optimistic, and it was. However, about a week later, my nail looked less like Frankenstein and more normal. I continue using and it's definitely built up my nail. Thank you keratin! This is a great product and decently priced. I highly recommend this product. It's a 5-star product for sure!

Overall happy customer
After saying a temporary goodbye to my acrylic nails to let my natural nails *breathe* for the first time in years, I needed a strong clear polish. There’s way too many options but with my nails peeling like sheets of paper, with deep ridges that need to grow out, this seemed like the best option. After using the four-sided nail file, which made a huge immediate difference (see photo), I applied two coats of this polish, per the instructions, fully waiting for the first layer to dry before applying the second (which only takes a minute or two). This has helped a lot in terms of my nails growing back out and not breaking, which is typically not the case for me, even before acrylic nail damage. My nails are growing faster (supplements aid in this, too) the two coats add just enough of a slight shine. However, it chips within a few days, and the polish begins to wear off. On two of my nails, some nail peeling is still happening even with this polish, but I’m hoping that will grow out. Overall with the price and the outcomes, I’m happy, but just know you’ll need to remove and reapply every 3-4 days if you use your hands for quite a bit.

See growth in 3 Day!
Goes on just like a nail polish and drys quick. Has a strong smell, but once it dries, it goes away and it really does help. I used to be a nailbiter and now that I’ve stopped. I started using this and my nail growth has been good. I like to use this to grow up my nails before I get acrylics to make sure that they’re healthy and it works great.

Nail Strengthener that supports nail growth!
**black nail polish pics are for the initial (2/12) review, all french tip pics are for the updated 3/24 review posted below** I've been using nail-aid for exactly one month today, and this review is to explain how I used it and what my results were. I should mention that my fingernails are typically weak, thin, and brittle, and it doesn't help that for the majority of the time over the past 20+ years, I've been wearing artificial nails. I removed the artificial nails a few days prior to the day I received it and clipped my natural nails down to about 1mm in length. So really there was only a sliver of white showing. My nails start growing about 2.5 mm in from my fingertips, some a little more and some a little less. Since I've been using this product, there's been 3-5mm of growth. It's differed depending on the finger... not sure why. My thumbs, and the first finger on the right hand showed less growth. My pictures are both the right and left hand (how they look currently). Last week (week 3 of using nail-aid) I broke two fingernails off. This isn't because of the product. I have definitely noticed my nails are stronger and thicker than they were, and I feel like the two tips that broke off (first and middle fingers of my right hand) were more weak starting off than the others. I think they'll be much stronger when they grow out again. I broke about 2mm of length off the middle fingernail, and about 2.5 mm of growth from the first finger. I've also chipped the tips of both thumb nails and had to file down around 1mm of growth, so all of those nails are shorter in my photos than they were a week ago unfortunately. I wish that I had taken pictures then, so you at least could see the full amount of growth at three weeks. Aside from those fingers that I mentioned, I think you can get a good idea of what you can expect in just 4 weeks. I'm not sure if they are growing at a faster rate than other people's fingernails, but I can tell you that they're getting stronger. One reason I've used fake nails for so long was because my natural nails have been so flimsy that I felt like I needed more sturdy nails that would just hold up to everyday life. Apparently they aren't that strong yet, but I haven't been able to grow my natural nails this long since I was in my early 20's. I went through two pregnancies in my twenties, and removed the fake nails because I assumed they'd grow with help of the prenatal vitamins I was taking every day. They grew a little, then they'd split and tear off in a recurring cycle each time. My nails didn't even get as long as they are now during either of those pregnancies. I really think this product is doing something. If it's not actually making my nails grow, I think it's at least making them stronger so they're not splitting and chipping off as easily, so I've been actually able to see some nail growth. I definitely think that this product supports nail growth by making nails stronger, and for the small price, I think it's a good value and that you can't go wrong giving it a try to see if it works for you. One last thing I should mention is that I only used this product correctly the first week. You're supposed to apply two layers initially, then every 3 days apply another coat. Somehow I got it in my head that I had to remove it every three days and start over (applying two coats). So I've still been putting it on, but it may have worked even better had I been following the directions (that are on the package and even directly on the bottle in case you throw the package away). Oops. So I'm going to start using it correctly and see if that makes any difference at all. I'll update if there's a change. I hope this review has helped you! 3/24**Update** I added 4 new photos to show the nail growth since 2/12. I took pics on 2/25, then again today 3/24. Unfortunately my right thumb keeps having accidents. It grows a decent amount and then I just end up being too rambunctious and I manage to break it off. I broke it completely off two weeks ago...and I mean it was down to the pink part, and part of the top layer on the corner even peeled off. Ugh. I'm confident that using this product will help it grow back. I just have to learn to be more careful with my right hand. Also, the first fingernail on my left hand was growing even faster than the others and II did clip just a little off of that one too make it match the others a little better. I also had to file down the first fingernail on the right hand again because well...I just have issues with that nail. The others you can see are clearly growing pretty well. I don't have pictures of them, but I've been using this on my toenails too, and I'm super impressed with this stuff because for years (with the exception of the big toes on both feet), I only grow little slivers for toenails. I didn't even bother painting them because they were so little. I finally have enough of a toenail to paint and they look so cute!! I'm very happy with this stuff. Sorry about the collage pictures. I wanted to put them side by side so that you could compare, and it somehow cut my thumbs off in some of them. (You weren't missing much with the right thumbs since I'm constantly breaking them off. Lol!)

Unexpectedly effective
I wasn't really expecting much from this, I was just really looking for something to put on my nails to preserve and protect them until my son's wedding. Surprisingly, by the third day after I used it (and I had only applied it once) my nails were noticeably longer. The liquid is on the thicker side but easy to apply quickly and evenly, and it leaves your nails with a significant shine. A few days ago, I cut my nails down so they would all be the same length after a few had broken. On a lark, I applied this growth treatment to see if really had been the cause of the previous growth and---yes, within two days you could again easily tell my nails were longer---not talons, mind you, but a respectable amount of visible growth in a very short amount of time. The shine lasts for weeks even if you don't reapply.

Will update 4/28/24
Using this product in combination with the Hard as Hoof strengthening cream. FIRST IMPRESSIONS, 4/25/24: 5 stars The first photo is my natural nail with no product. As you can see it is extraordinarily thin. This is from 6 years of acrylics, with little to no break. I first started using acrylics because my natural nails are very brittle and would frequently break and split, getting caught on things and causing pain. Acrylics have been a godsend in that regard, but now my nail is so thin that it cannot even support an acrylic any longer. The acrylic pops off within a day. The nail is so thin that even putting small amounts of pressure on it is painful. *This is the middle finger on my left nail, and I will call it Finger1 throughout the review. Because it is SO thin I started with four layers of the Nail Aid keratin polish, using thin, even coats. My nail is not super strong yet obviously, but it does feel better than it did. It has only been one day though. I also painted the new growth on my other nails, which still have acrylics on them. I am hoping that as my nails grow out, if I keep using these products, I can simply stop using the acrylics, as the new growth should come in stronger and less prone to breaking if these products do as they claim. I am not currently using any nail polish, but this product feels like it would be a pretty good nail polish base. It's also nice and shiny, so you could use it for a top coat as well and I think it would look very nice. Nail Aid claims stronger nails in 3 days of use. That is a pretty tall order, so I will update on 4/28/24 (I applied on the 24th in the evening). I do not expect perfectly healed nails, but I will be happy with nails that I don't have to avoid touching. My nails are pretty much as bad as it gets, so I should be a pretty good test subject to review this product. As far as the strengthening cream goes, it says on the bottle that it can be used over nail polish, so I am taking the company at their word. I did put the cream on my natural nail the night before using the polish. Since then, I am using it over the polish, being sure to massage it into the cuticle and rubbing a bit underneath my fingernail, as instructed on the tub. It smells lovely, and there is a ton in the tub so it should last a good long time (a very little bit seems to go a long way). It takes a bit of time to absorb into your skin and nails but not too bad. First impression gets 5 stars, no issues so far and cautiously optimistic. UPDATE ON 4/27/24 Updating a day early because I have been doing lots of heavy work this weekend and the polish peeled off. HOWEVER! Even as rough as I have been on my hands this weekend I have not felt like I needed to baby my fingers without acrylic on them. So my first parameter of "I want my nails to not hurt to the touch" definitely passes with flying colors, they feel so much less sensitive. The second reason I am doing this update now is that another acrylic popped off the nail next to Finger1 (henceforth referred to as Finger2, left ring finger). Visually they are not much different but, even with the Keratin polish peeled off, Finger1 is significantly stronger than Finger2. Finger2 is in the same papery thin and painful condition that Finger1 started out in a few days ago. The bottle does say to reapply every 3 days and I have been very hard on my hands this weekend, so I don't feel that the peeling is really a product defect, I think it's just to be expected. Perhaps not as good for a nail polish top coat like I originally thought though, it does seem to flake a bit. Next update on 5/1/24, which will be a full week of use. UPDATE 5/6/24 So I did not wind up updating on the first because I have been horrendously sick for the past several days, but there's not a ton to update anyway. I don't notice a huge difference from my last update, so I'm just going to keep using and see how it goes along. I will update again after one month of use, so on or around 5/24/24. UPDATE 5/12/24: Well I wanted it to work, but this stuff is impossible to keep on. It peels off SO badly, within a day or two, even with pretty light use of your hands. It seems to take a layer of nail with it too, so I think it's just kinda making it worse. I have discontinued use. I will give it 2 stars, because it's easy to use, cheap, and if you're willing to repaint your nails every other day then it might work ok, but it's too much work for me.
