Awesome little gadget for a moment of girl time! The settings are great. Feels wonderful and calming.

I love it. My other steamer stopped working after a month and four uses. I hope it holds up.

There is a learning curve to this. You have to always have the tank filled or this machine won't operate. It will turn on and right back off. I thought it was broken for a second until I remember reading I need to fill it all the way so I added more distilled water and it worked like a dream.I like the setting where it alternates between hot and cold but it does take a good amount of time to switch temps and the temps in general are not nearly as hot or cold as I would like them to be but the machine overall does the trick. It feels really good on the skin.I like to add a face oil like Vitamin C or Coconut oil and run the machine over it then gently pat everything into my skin when it's done. Feels like I was at the spa.

I have bought two of these. One for home, one for work. First one was great, second one not so much. Second one I bought had no kit included and was obviously used. It had a distinct smell inside that was floral. First one ordered had the kit and no smell.

This is the prefect product to be started with on my day. My skin is looking healthy, used for allergies and cold as well.Only thing is water container is small, need to fill regularly

UPDATE: not even 4 months later and my face steamer quit working. When I flipped it over to investigate a black mold like substance poured out of the water reservoir which is concerning because I am very particular about keeping it dry and not leaving any water in it after use. I ended up discarding the machine as it is now unusable.Let me first start out by saying I absolutely love all of the controls and settings this machine has. My favorite is the option for cold steam as it feels so refreshing on my face after I've applied all of my skincare products. I use the setting to sort of "set" everything as a final step in my skincare routine.Be aware that you cannot use tap water with this machine and it is advised to only use distilled water so as to not cause any buildup.After using it make sure the water reservoir is empty and you let it dry out completely before putting the back water holder piece back in. The machine will start to smell funky and the steam will let off a mildewed scent.

I got it for my granddaughter for Christmas and I think she will love it
