I have been taking this supplement for just a bit over a week now. I can tell that the supplement is promoting growth, along with my derma roller and other beard supplements/oil. I order this due to my hair thinning of course. I've been using it for two weeks. Within the first few days I started to notice that I'm waking up with more energy and just feeling better. Now I understand this is for hair thinning.. but follow me here. Obviously my body is lacking what the vitamin supplement provides. If it wasnt.. then why would it work. So with that thinking alone. I feel that it's giving me vitamins and minerals that I already need. Well like I said. I feel great and now my hair is much healthier. I haven't been using it long enough to get the hair results I'm looking for. But I'll keep buying it for how I'm feeling. I will update this review in 90 days .. im one happy customer already !

These vitamins have been my "go to" for the past year. I've noticed a significant density in my mustache as well as increased growth of vellus hairs along my beard line. This helps, as I have been diligently trying to raise my beard line to connect with the upper corner of my mustache for quite a few years. The vitamins are easy to swallow and though results will vary I've been able to see results within a couple of weeks. Highly recommended.
