I love these.. I have tried 3 prescription allergy meds and faithfully taken them year round with minimal relief, the trees are budding here and I got lucky one day at the pharmacy and had a actual pharmacist recommend these... same ingredient that I have bought elsewhere, Loratadine... I take 1 at night, 1 in the morning when My allergies are peak.... they help my eyes and sinus issues, hope this helps
