so I originally got this so I can do a heated hold on a brisket overnight but ever since purchasing it I have found so many uses for it. I think my favorite thing to do with it is to keep my food warm after I’m finished grilling. It’s also great if you’re going to be hosting a party’s or if you have a lot of people over if you want to make sure the food stays warm the whole time you don’t have to use any Bunsen burners or those blue things that you know what I’m talking about those like blue picnic things but yeah it’s really awesome I like having it for any parties or if you have a lot of people over and you want to make sure the food stays warm the whole time.
