Great boost! Still gives a nice tingly edge without feeling like its going to tear your stomach out. My issue with most pre's is that you fet bad indigestion/acid reflux once you hit 2 scoops per session but this sat rather nicely on my stomach, making my workout that much easier!

Works well, keeps you focused and pumped to do heavyworkouts.

I have been using this pre-workout and I have to say that it does give you a good amount of caffeine for your workout but its not the best one if you really want to make gains which is why I gave it 3 stars.
