I recently got this Ice Bath, and for what you pay it delivers a solid option for home cold therapy. As a family we wanted to improve our mental and physical health. I heard a lot about ice bath therapy and decided to buy one for father's Day knowing that everyone in the family would use and benefit from it. The Polar Recovery Tub was very reasonably priced and the only tub I could find with 12 months warranty. My husband was thrilled to receive his tub but unfortunately there was a tiny hole at the very top which only leaked when the water level increased when the tub was occupied. I contacted the seller, who instantly replied reassuring me of a replacement. I had several messages keeping me informed of my replacement, tracking information etc. I have never experienced customer service quite like this. Amazing! This is why we should support small businesses as they look after their customers. I can't tell you how impressed I am of their level of service. I would recommend them whole heartedly. The tub, is incredibly easy to put together, it takes up little space In the garden. It comes with an elasticated lid that keeps bugs and leaves out, a floating thermometer, water outlet spout with hose and pump for inflating the comfortable ring around the top of the tub. It's incredibly sturdy and very spacious inside. We are already enjoying the benefits of the tub and only wish I'd bought one sooner.

I don't even leave reviews but this product has blown me away with regards to the quality of the product, the packaging, the price and the delivery. To start with, the ice bath was delivered a day early which was a real treat as I was excitedly counting down the sleeps. Secondly, the packaging was second to none with clear instructions and even spare pieces should you need it in the future. The assembly didn't take me long at all and I was surprised at how quickly the tub fills up. The ice bath also came with a free ice pillow gift which was a real treat and surprise as well. The ice bath is spacious and feels extremely sturdy and I can comfortably climb in and easily sit cross legged in there ( I am 5ft 9). I often sea swim to help with my pain as I suffer with an autoimmune disease which causes me joint pain so I bought this to allow me to be able to continue to feel the benefits of cold water therapy all year round even on days where the weather isn't great or I can't make it down to the sea. The cold water is a huge relief and even after only one 15 minute session in there tonight (my first go) I can confidently say this will help me no end and I came out feeling amazing. I would definitely recommend this product and with having the extra promotional 30% off voucher it made it a real bargain!

Arrived in time, first fill product had a hole in it so hasn’t been able to be used. Arranged for it to be sent back still awaiting picking up, was a Christmas gift for our son so still unable to replace it for him until this process happens.

What I love most is the size — I’m 6ft tall and had struggled with other ice baths that were just too small or too shallow. This one gives me enough room to sit in fully submerged without feeling cramped, which makes a huge difference for recovery. Setup was quick, and the insulation holds the cold very well. Highly recommend for anyone taller or looking for a bit more space than the average plunge tub offers.

with so many cryotherapy products on the market right now I chose Polar due to being UK based company with great customer service. I haven't been disappointed in this choice. The Tub is great, so simple to assemble and resemble and clean, so it will be coming with me on some summer holiday adventures. Great robust materials, including floating thermometer so I can track my progress. within 2 weeks I have massively improved my cold water tolerance (Showers were no longer pushing my limits), the tub came with complimentary Ice packs but so far at 11degrees outdoors I haven't had to progress to adding Ice, this will be my next step. Froma helkath perspective: noted improvement in my eczema, having access to cryotherapy any time of day or night has got the inflammation in my body under control and I can only imagine ow this will improve as I increase immersion time and decrease temperature. An excellent product which I feel was well with the money considering its already apparent benefit to my daily life and managing chronic inflammation. Thank you polar

I purchased this as a gift for my husband who is a marathon runner and is always looking for the best ways to recover his sore, tired legs. I almost purchased a different brand who advertise loads on social media but luckily I did a bit more research before deciding and saw real/independent reviews that were less than positive so I came to Amazon hoping I'd find an ice bath with real reviews and honest opinions and the Polar Recovery bath ticked all the boxes. It arrived super quickly and was easy to set up. I was worried about the risk of it being super thin material that would rip or be flimsy but honestly I've been so impressed with it and my 6ft husband can easily get in and out of it and says it's brilliant which is all I could have hoped for. I bought some cheap water bottles and froze them and he uses these to reduce the temperature and then we re-freeze and repeat and its been working great. Its super helpful having the thermometer included in the package and the lid is amazing for keeping it clean and preventing things falling in to it. I'd really recommend picking yourself one of these up if you're looking for a great deal on a great ice bath that is great quality and apparently really helpful for recovery according to my husband who uses it regularly. Easy 5*'s from us - highly recommended!
