These eye drops work really well for my dry eyes. They provide quick relief without any stinging, and my eyes feel comfortable and refreshed after using them. I like that they are preservative-free and gentle enough for daily use. Great quality and good value for the price. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried many different artificial tears over the years, but Refresh Optive MEGA-3 stands out as one of the most effective. The lipid-enhanced formula really does make a difference—my eyes feel comfortable much longer compared to regular watery drops. The consistency is smooth without being greasy, and the “low-blur” claim is true; vision clears quickly after applying. I also appreciate that these drops are preservative-free and come in convenient single-use vials. They’re especially helpful on days when my eyes feel extra dry from screen use or when I’m dealing with wind or air-conditioning irritation. High quality. Relief my eyes within minutes. The headache is gone and i’m very comfortable now. My eyes aren’t dry anymore and fells good. Decent size and easy to apply. The best part that it is not too thick to bother but it’s just enough to relief and protect your eyes and get the job done. It’s individual one time use vials. There is like 10 drops in each vial, but i was told by my doctor to use one drop in each eye.

Our eye doctor had us to get these for our dry eyes. We love the size of the tubes that you can close after each use. The drops are comfortable to use and are not thick and greasy like other dry eye drops we’ve used in the past. And they’re very effective.

I first used these during waking hours and didn’t like them because they seemed to blur my vision. I also have dry eye and tend to sleep with eyes slightly open which aggravates the dry eye. I have had good success using these at night however. Wake up with eyes feeling refreshed and then use the regular preservative free drops.

I had a VERY stubborn stye on my lower eyelid. I was using warm compresses, lid wipes and SteriLid (hypochlorus acid spray), but the biggest change happened when I started using these drops. My stye was gone after about 24 hours! Zero irritation. They feel like a nice cool, refreshing bath on my eye balls! The hydration and lubrication lasts for hours for me. I can feel a difference from the flaxseed oil that’s added. No stinging or burning! No post-application drip or watery eyes, either. I love the single use/individual vials. I’m able to put the plastic cap back on and save the remainder; I can get about 2-4 uses out of one vial (1 drop per eye). TIP: Store the box in the fridge! I learned this trick when I worked for an ophthalmologist. It feels even more relieving when they’re cold! UPDATE: well, my stye came back after a week. I wanted to update this so people didn’t think this is a guaranteed cure for styes! I went and got some antibiotics and RX drops, and the doc said I could continue to use these for lubrication. They def feel relieving!

Instant relief. This is the best eye drops for dry eyes. Better than Systane. Sustane makes my vision blurry after each use.
