I bought these mostly for attaching little beepers to my cats' collars to help me find them when they are hiding outside at night. I've had little beepers on their collars in the past attached with split rings, and it's so difficult to open the rings and get things on them, and get them on and off the collars, and they often stay slightly open once I put something large on them. These are SO MUCH easier! The small size is good, though I wish I could have found even smaller ones but I couldn't, and they also allow much more flexibility and freedom for where I want to place the beeper, allowing me to make it more secure and not drag the collar down as much as when they were only on the split rings. My cats do not love having the extra weight of the secondary collars and beepers at night, even though they are lightweight, but my cats are spoiled brats, so these wire keychains allow for a weight distribution that gives them the impression that the beeper is lighter than it is, because I'm smarter than the cats, which still doesn't make up for them being faster and smaller than me, and more willing to run under a thicket of thorny bushes to hide. At least I can annoy them with the beeping. I like that I can color coordinate the keychains with each cat's beeper & collar color, as that allows me to keep track of which cat has which beeper, and I just like to color coordinate things. The only problem I have with the keychains, and it's a minor one, is that, once it's closed, I don't know which way is open, so I often have to guess, and sometimes I make it tighter before I open it up. I have lots of arthritis, so that's not good, making more work for myself. I might just engrave little arrows on them. Otherwise, these work well for the reasons I bought them, and I might find more uses for the rest of them, as I don't need to put beepers on all my cats, only the 3 who think it's funny to not come home when I call for them at bedtime.

Bought these to keep measuring spoons and cups tethered together. MUCH better than the flimsy snap rings they come with. These lock together nice and tight once threaded together. So far, they’re dishwasher friendly. They’re cheap enough that you can just throw it away and replace it if one starts to rust. Not a problem yet, though. Also great as keychains.

These are a pain to use. If you are not going to be constantly taking them off and putting them back on they should work great. Its hard to tell which way to screw and unscrew the closure.

These are incredibly strong. I have them on my boys backpacks and they’ve held up for a long time and show no signs of wear and tear

I love these. They’re cuter and better for my fingernails compared to regular key rings. They’re also much bigger! I would definitely recommend these as they’re useful and a good price. Just make sure they are screwed on tightly or else your keys will go flying everywhere.

I bought this to hold my sons house key in his back pack. He’s a middle schooler, so you can imagine how rough he is with things lol. So far, it’s worked out great! They appear to be hardy enough for me to use them on luggage for flying also!
