motor servo 3/4hp Review: Reliable, Quiet, and it has a Brake! - I have four industrial machines running this motor. It's QUIET. Dependable, adjustable, durable, and runs smoothly every time. Most importantly (discovered this the hard way), it has a brake. My newest machine came with a different motor - no brake...fingers may have been in peril. Things my husband says: Includes extra brake pad and motor brushes. Fairly easy to install - direct swap for the "no brake" digital motor that was replaced. Rotary speed dial let him adjust speed to my normal usage. When your feet are off the pedal the needle does not move! Review: You want speed control? Buy this motor. - I wish I had bought this long ago. Was a direct replacement for the clutch motor - 3 mounting bolts. Weighs ~17 pounds. What's In The Box: Comes with all hardware to mount motor, and switch. Wiring and switch are ready to install. Nothing to wire in. Comes with linkage rod from motor to your foot pedal or treadle. Plastic guard for belt pulley. Extra set of motor brushes. Extra motor brake pad. The mount bracket is cast aluminum. Body of motor is steel. Covers/guards plastic. Has a plug on the rear for your machine's light. Switch on the rear to reverse motor spin. Pulley diameter is 75mm (3 inches), shaft size a little bigger than 1/2 inch (13mm?), secured on the keyed shaft with a nut. Could be replaced with smaller if you want an even slower machine speed. In fact, I did replace it with a 2.5 inch dia. 1/2 inch shaft pulley I had lying around and now it really crawls at the lowest setting. The speed control is a dial with detents, meaning that you click to each setting, it's not infinitely adjustable. I chose this setup versus the digital read out style thinking I could change settings without having to look under the machine table. How It Performs: It's not instant on at the set speed. There is a bit of finesse as the motor starts so if you have it at the lowest speed (350 RPM), As you press the pedal you can actually make it crawl before it hits your set speed. Much more easily controllable if for instance you are sewing a tricky section of an upholstery job. So far very satisfied with this purchase, I recommend it. Time will tell on the durability. Edit: just finished recovering 12 patio cushions. Motor performed flawlessly. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Great quality of motor
I have been using these motors for a long time around ten years or more there still in use and the machines are used everyday, I repair sewing machines and I replace the old clutch motors with these servo motors speed is adjustable motor doesn’t run until you press the foot pedal saves on electricity

Consew servo motor
This is the best upgrade to the old clutch style you can’t go wrong with this I had no problem changing it’s pretty easy and basic to change no instructions needed few tools i also swapped the belt I had a m40 dropped down to a m38 works really well has excellent control and speed when you need and slow when your needing to do corners or take your time worth the price you want go wrong purchasing

EXCELLENT PURCHASE!!
I was not using my sewing machine, because the original clutch motor was too hard to use. I am SO GLAD that I got this motor. I LOVE sewing on my machine now. The motor was super-easy to change out, so you don't need to hire an expert. I do recommend having someone help you, though. A second set of hands is helpful to hold the motor while it is being screwed into place. The speed is adjustable, so you can set the speed to whatever is comfortable for you. And, it is SO QUIET!! Sometimes I forget to turn it off. Wish I would have made this switch years ago.

Fits Consew
Swapped the clutch motor for this servo motor. Took about 15 minutes…the old belt works (1055mm) but 1000mm would be a better fit. This slowed the machine down considerably, which was the intended goal.

Fits like a glove. Easy to install. Quiet.
I bought this motor for industrial Juki sewing machine. It was easy to install it. The motor is powerful and quietly silent . So far, like it.
