Heavy and well balanced, solid piece of artisan work. Doesn’t look aggressive and appears to get work done. Precision-cut groves and edges make it great companion in the wilderness survival toolkits. Hacked solid dry oak logs and showed no marks or dents on the blade. The wood texture looked traditional with great sense of care, allows hand to keep warm in cold winter days. Loving the purchase.

For $100 you cant go wrong. Sharp, very sturdy, well made. Fits well in the hand.

I purchased a Buck Selkirk and was instantly disappointed. I used this knife for the last few weeks and it just gets better, I cut wood with it cleaned it and then cut vegetables for dinner. It stays sharp. I used it to scrape gasket material off an injection pump and was amazed that I could get it razor sharp again in less than a minute. The only problem I had was with the flint steel it's too short and the knife doesn't have enough carbon to throw good sparks. Otherwise this is the best do all knife I own.

This knife came in decently sharp. I gave it to a blade smith to sharpen it. After that it got scary sharp. Beautifully made knife. I wish their quality control could emphasis more on sharpness.

I bought an Esee 4, Kabar Becker and this Jeo-tec to see which knife I liked better. The Esee was junk, only good for light cutting. The Kabar was excellent but ugly. The Jeo-tec is thick, has a great sheath, high quality steel, and was beautiful (but there were a few sets of tool marks on the grip). If you want a very good bushcraft knife look no further, you found it. I like it so much I bought another one for my dad and a friend. Going to explore the Jeo-tec line some more, great knives!

The knife is solid and balanced. The grip is comfortable. The blade is Fairly sharp out of the box.the sheath is ok, all in all I am happy with my purchase.

This knife is absolutely beautiful, well constructed, very sharp, feels good in hand. Can't wait to use it in a couple of months when the weather turns.

Bin sehr begeistert von dem gesamten Paket. Der Stahl hat gute Eigenschaften in allen Bereichen und wurde (wenn man den Herstellerangaben glauben darf) auf den korrekten HRC Wert gebracht um das Beste aus dem Material zu machen. Die Scheide ist ordentlich stabil und sieht (zumindest meiner Meinung nach) gut aus. Ground-to-Air Code Beilage ist eine nette Idee um die Business-Card attraktiver zu machen.Meine Klinge ist leider mit 3 Kratzern angekommen und ich hätte gerne eine schmälere Scheide als Sidegrade zur Auswahl, aber das nimmt dem Messer unterm Strich nichts.Wenn ich etwas verbessert haben wollte, dann die Auswahl an Griffen und Scheiden.

C'est un excellent couteau de camp : taille idéale, poids bien répartis et avec l'etui le firesteel et la pierre à aiguiser le poids total est tout à fait convenable. Le manche Est ergonomique, le dessus de la lame avec la partie grip pour le doigt accroche efficacement, choil très utile. Lame affûtée rasoir en sortie de boîte ! Et j'adore le cuir et le manche en bois ça lui donne un look authentique. Mais c'est une question de gout. En vrai plus beau que sur les photos. Je possède un kabar usmc que j'adorais, mais c'est désormais ce couteau jeotec que je vais emmener en rando et bivouac!
