Amazing machine.
So this is the first rotary machine that wasn't homemade that I have been exposed to and most definitely the first wireless. Battery life was impressive after 5 hours there was still about 10-15% battery left when we switched to power supply but easily could have ran for 6-7hrs. This machine is smooth and very well made, all rotating parts are designed with bearing stops for very exact adjustments of needle depths/stroke/ battery/rca jack. The only thing that I feel isn't quite right is that it is very difficult to remove the battery/rca jack and the o-rings get pinched and damaged , there doesn't seam to be any great way to pull them apart and the instructions seem thar they were designed for a tweet or just being charged by the letter are very very vague and are basically just a picture and numbers to show you exactly where that pesky (1)power button has ran off too. But anyone with a basic 1st graders understanding of electronics will easily be able to master this well designed tool

Stopped working after 10 days *UPDATE*
Fully charged battery does not work. Had this machine 10 days and it stopped working in the middle of a tattoo. Charged battery, fully and correctly seated, shows display but provides no power. There is no manual, no troubleshooting guide, NOTHING. For almost $200 this is unacceptable. Returning for a better machine. ***UPDATE***Seller contacted me to replace the machine for free. New machine works perfectly, no issues at all. After comparing the two machines, I feel the battery port on the first machine was like 1/1.5 mm too large. That tiny flaw led to the battery issues, as the battery could not be seated correctly at all leading to surges and cutting out. Now that it has proper connection this is a great machine, and where it really shines is as a shader! Much respect to seller for the help with this and making it right.

Best Machine on the Market
Where do I begin? I am a self taught tattoo artist who of course bought a startup kit. I learned how to tattoo with some cheap rotary and realized that I was being held back from what I could actually accomplish as a tattoo artist. So I did some research and came across Mast and I’m so glad I did. The ability to adjust the stroke at literally the twist of a knob is insanely convenient. The single battery lasts me forever. It has never died on me. I did a 12 hour tattoo once when I would plug it in during breaks or lunch and keep going and it held up amazingly. I love the option of using a power source if I need to. It works with your standard carts and I’ve never had an issue. Adjusting the voltage is easy and convenient. The design and the weight feels very balanced and incredible. I HIGHLY recommend this machine. It’s perfect for the price.

Batteries don't work well
Purchased this machine the first time and the battery had a bad connection to the machine causing power to surge. Returned that one and ordered another. Battery connected just fine on this but it only last one hour after doing one outline on a larger tattoo using a 9rl at 7.5 volts it was completely dead after just the line work making the machine useless in that area. Based on experience so far with 2 different machines I cannot recommend. Getting ready to send the second one back so I can get my money back and order the Numa 4.

Pretty good machine!
Nice Machine! Battery last for a long time. Hand tattoos aren’t the easiest to do, but this machine did pretty good! Didn’t run into any problems so far. Used it to line and shade this tattoo. Ran solid. Interested to see how this machine performs in the long run.

Great machine
This is a great tattoo machine and great brand. Looks nice and works good. It does take some time getting used to it when it's wrapped but after you get used to it it's great.

Approved
I’m a first timer, very critical about the reviews on this and other products. All I’ll say is it seems like the logical pick for an all around machine, indeed for lining, shading, and color packing. My only issues are it’s a tough wrap as there are 5 points of manual setting rotations. I use Saran Wrap and an xacto knife for precision separation of the wrap in between each of the dial rotations. The other thing is I have not found any extra or replacement batteries that are made or compatible for the Flip Pro. If the battery dies, RCA power supply appears the only option to continue operating this unit. Apart from these points, I love this machine and still give it 5 stars for its diverse ability in a single unit.

Didn't last long
Only had the machine since December 2023 and only used on about 20 pieces and the machine will not work anymore tried charging hooking it up to a power supply directly with no luck. Disappointed paid a good chunk of money for the machine
