These gummies are great for nails (finger and toes). They taste good and are easy to swallow.

I was a little nervous ordering them online after reading reviews from many gummy purchasers who stated that they melted in the bottle before they got to them. I live in New York and I received them on June 1st, it was about a 78-79' high for the last day or two. These do come through the Post Office so they will be brought to u in ur daily mail. I am currently living in a complex and all our mailbox are indoors at the main office. With that said mine came and were perfect! The best advice I can offer if ur in a much hotter environment than mine is maybe to ask a neighbor to take in any pkgs or mail the day u Recieve the text alert that these are being delivered.... I've tried 2 other brands of hair/nail vitamins in pill form prior to stubbling onto these treasures. The other brands were horse pills and I take soooo many pills already the last thing I wanted to do was add more. I never actually took them everyday for a long period of time because of that issue which resulted in a waste of money cause I never felt the benefits. With Nature Mades Mixed Berry Hair Skin & Nails Gummies I NEVER MISS A DOSE because I love the flavors and they are very chewy like a gummy bear but they DO NOT stick to ur teeth (thank goodness!) this was my second bottle and once I was done with the first I noticed though out how strong my nails became and they were growing faster too. AS SOON AS A MONTH PASSED AND I HAD NO MORE LEFT MY NAILS STARTED TO SPLIT CRACK GROW UNEVENLY DUE TO BEING PAPER THIN!! That's when I realized I need to re up fast! This time around I am going to pay close attention to any changes in my hair or skin to see if I notice any help from these. I have long hair, a lot of it but it's very thin and curly (curly hair is known for more frizz and breakage) also to make matters worse on Piriosis patches on my scalp so that makes for more breakage and dryness. Skin type: very fair, oily and breakout prone skin... Lots of acne marks and discolorations also sistic prone acne around chin/lower mouth. I will update my review if I notice any changes in all three areas after today 6/3/2016

Very hard to chew. Not soft like other gummies supplements. Disappointed.

I picked a few bottles of these up at a drugstore a few months ago because they were but one, get one free. I've been using them for several months now, and my nails are growing so fast and strong! Even my hair looks better and feels stronger (my hair is down to my a**). I've noticed less shedding and breakage. I'll continue using these for as long as I live, and I highly recommend them to anyone!
