2 step process. Very easy to use. However, not so easy to mix correct color. Have patience and keep mixing. Once 1st layer is put on, let dry a couple of days and lightly sand to smooth out before using top coat. It said to wait 24 hrs, but it really needed 2 days. I couldn't get the exact black color I needed. I ran out of patience. Lol. but it looks better than the broken white ceramic tile spots. I've mopped over the spots and it's staying. You get lots of colors, but they're small bottles. This kit is good for "small" repairs.

This kit is a lifesaver! I dropped a heavy object on my marble countertop and it cracked. I was able to use this kit to repair the crack and it looks like new.

This product is amazing. I dropped something that caused a large chip in my ceramic tile. After using this, the chip disappeared. The colors are very in tense so even a small drop of black made the putty too dark gray. So I had to add more white. It was easy to use and worked great

Everything I needed was included. The process is much more difficult than I anticipated. It was extremely hard trying match my sink color (I got really close at best). It takes a LOT of patience.

It is a waste of money. Any other gum or components like play dough with glue it more resistant and durable that this poor quality product. It never dried and even after a week it felt gummy and it cracked open... completely disappointed
