Pros Ease to Use- it is easy to open & close and carry. It folds fairly flat so it fits nicely between cabinets. Height is sufficient for small tasks around my home. I like the non-slip pads and the ladder doesn't wobble when you get on it. Cons The only gripe I have would be with the steps, which are non-skid but are made of plastic, and the safety lock feature which is also plastic, I assume if I ever break either of those I will not be able to repair them.

Was delivere a used product. Handle foam was torn in multiple places. Steel frame was scraped and rusted in one place. Plastic legs show obvious wearing due to usage

The rubber padding is damaged Also the lock doesn't fit in place

It is just what I needed, something that folds up, isn't to big or bulky. However do note if you have slippery floors, i.e. wood, linoleum, etc it will slide, its just what it will do. It is a little bulky for some spots but still a great buy and nice and sturdy for fat folk. LOL.

Love that the ladder is 3 steps. Used it for my indoor (extreme) Xmas decorations. Worked out well. Do not regret this purchase at all. I just wish it was a little lighter.

It is sturdy. I don't really care if it's light weight. I needed it to paint my bathroom. I painted my bathroom ceiling and it worked great!

Had this step ladder about 4 years. I don’t use it much. Maybe 3-4 times a year. Today I was on it and when I was stepping down the bottom step broke. Luckily I didn’t fall but it was scary for a second.

Just the right height and stable enough for little cook’s helpers in the kitchen. Great for getting to the back of my cupboards and closets. Easily stored but nice enough to leave out. Best of all, it came completely assembled and was put to work immediately. Love it!
