Motul 101127 Fork Oil

More than enough fluid for several fillings of my fork legs on a 1977 BMW R100S. Pouring spout that pulls out is a bonus.

Easy to use.

My only complaint is, from full empty, my forks require a little over 1.1 liters... Just a bit more than what comes in this container. Had to buy a second one to make up the deficit. Had I not done a complete disassembly and cleaning One would have been enough.

I use Motul in all of my bikes, dirtbikes, sport tourer, and Vrod. No complaints. Even after spending multiple day playing in sand and water with the temp over 100 degrees Fahrenheit, no loss of dampening or signs of premature breakdown of its viscosity.

I'm writing this review to say that if you're on the heavier side and thinking about using 7.5 W for the Buell Blast, I'd go with something higher weight. My fork dips pretty far when braking hard or going over bumps. I can bottom out the fork by pushing hard on it. It seems to work well but I just wish I'd gone with 10 W instead of 7.5 W. The oil seems quality though. Fork oils don't seem to be standardized and often the weights mean nothing but this oil is consistent with Japanese 7.5 W fork oils from what I read.
