I purchased two of these PCs for my twins for Christmas. While they haven’t used them yet, I took time to set them up and test them out. They are beautiful machines! We have two older versions of this same model that have worked perfectly for our family for streaming and moderate gaming. Both computers looked new with no visible marks. Both had Windows 11 loaded, and it was easy to add Norton security and their Microsoft accounts. One minor issue was that an adapter for one power cord didn’t work. I called customer service, and they immediately shipped a new power cord that works. I am very happy with the purchases!

bought 10 laptops. one has line through screen. one has battery that will not take a charge. one has fan that constantly runs (when opening the base to clean fan, battery falls out due to missing screws. one does not connect to a docking station (damaged docking port). one shipped with 256GB hard drive (I ordered 512GB). Contacted support via email to get assistance, no response. Tried calling the business number, goes to voicemail, but voicemailbox is full. So, I bought 10 and 5 are usable. Will make due and "borrow from Peter to pay Paul" to make a few more work, but I highly suggest you avoid this seller.

Great specs and great price. I did have to replace the battery after a few months (which I suspected I'd have to do since it's a refurb laptop), but now it stays alive all day, and it was still much cheaper than buying new. Recommended.

It wasn't till my 3rd try that I got one that wasn't defective (first had bad lighting on the screen, second had a straight up TN screen, 3rd wasn't touch like the first but oh well), but it's quite good, and where Amazon was really cool about it, it was worth waiting to get a sweet laptop for $250. I was really impressed by the build- it's lighter than a 2022 14" MacBook Pro, still has that nice metal finish, the trackpad is glass and supports MacOS-like gestures on Gnome 44 out-of-the-box, keyboard feels good, and it meets all sorts of toughness requirements if you're into toughbooks. What really matters to me though is that this is the only non-rugged laptop I've seen besides the MacBook with a bright enough screen for outdoor use- and that's in San Diego sun. Also super nice that it supports charging over thunderbolt so I only ever need 1 charger, and can use all my laptops interchangeable on the same dock. There were still some other issues though like the privacy slider is missing on the webcam, the IR sensors for Windows Hello are missing, and I think the mic and webcam are either damaged or just the worst instance of both to ever exist, and I do miss that touch screen my original one had (even though the description said it doesn't have one). I'm done returning these over and over though, it is what it is, I really can't complain when I'm cheaping out this hard.

I literally just got it it's already throwing me error codes. It's not downloading and insta Andlling apps that are backed up on my Microsoft account for my last laptop so if you says in the description fingerprint recognition well guess what no fingerprint recognition. Not to mention this eye sore of a line going right across the middle of my screen.Battery dies SUPER FAST. So it's always plugged in. It SAID 'EXCELLENT' IN THE CONDITION OF THE LAPTOP. WHICH WAS CLEARLY A LIE OR SCAM TO HUSTLE PEOPLE. Not even a Windows 11 which is what they sold if as

I was expecting a used laptop. What I got was basically a brand new laptop. I've had zero issues, there's not a scratch on it. Battery is working like a brand new battery. So happy I chose this one. Arrived on time. All in all --> Great value!

This laptop has so far been flawlwss. The appearence was great, looked like a new laptop. The Op system un-pcked with no issues and Windows 11 installed fully. It boots up in about 30 seconds and is very fast for web browsing. You cannot beat the deal on these laptops if they consistently meet the quality of the one i received.

I am very disappointed with this HP Notebook primarily becuase I have owned two of the older versions and been very happy with them! This Notebook get HOT while charging and the fan has a nasty whisteling sound that can get annoying ! Also, the Dymanic Lighting did NOT work on this Notebook! Despite it being ON, the keys were completly dark which makes it hard to use the Notebook at night! And if those reasons were NOT enough to return the device, the KEYs themselve feel MUCH cheaper than the previous generation of keyboards on these PCs! I think HP Sourcing folks decided to save a BUCK and opted for cheap keyboard. I already filled out the return form and will drop it off next week!

Me la aventé con 3 y las 3 están al 100 y acabo de pedir otra que aún no me llega (todas para la familia, no son para revender). Son tal cuál se describe, con teclado retroiluminado e incluso pantalla touch que no sabía o quizá no ví en las caracteristicas que tenía. Trae Windows 11 original y la batería en muy buen estado. En lo exterior, practicamente esta nueva, ningún rasguño en la pantalla, ninguna tecla desgastada, todas funcionan, el logotipo en cromo no tiene ningún rasguño tampoco, lo único es un desgaste que nisiquiera se ve porque esta debajo del puerto usb (en 2 laptops). Todos los puertos funcionan, las camáras también. Solo comentaré algo que me pasó con una y que quizá te pueda pasar: El cable del cargador, la punta que se conecta a la lap, tenía como un recubrimiento interior, aún no entiendo como pero pareciera que realmente era parte del interior del pin pero este no dejaba que embonara en la lap, incluso si no fue porque las demás no lo tenían probablemente hubiese pensado que así era y lo hubiera forzado hasta dañar algo. Si notan que el cable no embona, revisén dentro del pin y retiren lo que parezca que estorba la entrada.

YA NO SIRVE, A LOS 9 MESES DEJÓ DE PRENDER, Y DESDE EL 4TO MES TENIA QUE ESTAR CONECTADA TODO EL TIEMPO.

El equipo llegó con estética de 10. Por fuera parece 100% nuevo, no hay queja ahí. A mi parecer, el vendedor debe de tener diferentes versiones y al azar te pueden tocar diferentes amenidades. Lo que si es un hecho, es que sí es un CPU Intel Core i5 de 8ª generación, sí tiene un módulo de memoria de 16GB y si tiene un disco SSD NVMe de 512GB. Ahora bien, estuve viendo comentarios antes de comprar y varios decían que no tiene el teclado retroiluminado, y unos decían que si tiene entrada para SIM y otros no. En mi caso, la que recibí, si tiene el teclado retroiluminado, (anexo foto) La ranura para SIM está inhabilitada, El lector de huellas si le funciona, y la mía llegó con pantalla Touch. El único punto en contra, es que le corrí el reporte de batería y dice que la batería fue fabricada en 2019, y que tiene una capacidad de carga máxima como del 60%, le dura aprox, como una hora y media estando desconectada. Para el precio, me parece un equipo espectacular, se la compré a mi hija para sus actividades de secundaria, y para lo que la necesita, el equipo ¡Vuela! Muy satisfecho con la compra y el dinero invertido. ¡Suerte!

Mija está encantada con su HP, valió la pena la esperada y fue la mejor opción, a buen precio y la recomendamos ampliamemte .
