Love these! They got great in my shoes and are true to their description! I could use a higher/sturdier arch support personally - but otherwise these orthotics are perfect! Love the stability points!

Ok so I have weird feet. I can basically only wear Birkenstock’s because they are comfortable and provide enough arch support and cushion under the ball of my foot. These are soft but the arch support is pretty good. There is a weird little ball of foot cushion that provides a great amount of support for Morton’s neuroma.These run a size small. I got the 7-7.5 insoles and I’m a 7-7.5 in shoes. Doesn’t reach the tip of my toes. I will size up next time and get the 8-8.5 but they’re so comfortable I don’t even care

They are not good quality or comfort. There is a little oblong bump that fits the front of your foot when I took my shoes off and and my husband rubbed my feet, he hit the spot where that little lump is on the insert and about put me through the roof. I do not recommend these I’d give them less of a star if could!
