Great Product! But don't take too many!
These really help. I have bought multiple times. I'd take precautions though if you have digestive issues. So start with one at a time. They are so yummy you might be tempted to have more. However, if you are doing weight management, sucking on these helps take the edge off of sugary cravings. Hope this helps!

Ok. Taste not so great.
Taste isn’t so great but I can’t swallow apple cider vinegar. My gynecologist said these are a good alternative.
