Update for those who have an Eacalade ESV or the Tahoe or 'Burban which has 8 speakers and 4 channels see the wiring diagram photo. I have to say this is one of my better purchases from Amazon. The screen is beautiful and the response time for all the apps is incredible. I had an issue with the volume control but tech support help me with that and now I'm good to go. I was also able to load a few apps that wasn't in the Google Play Store and they work perfectly!!! The learning curve was short for this product and I'm sure you may have questions but I have to say the tech support was off the chain and that's the real icing on the cake. The only "Con" is the rear view camera that comes with it has to be installed so I paid extra for installation, but I'm Complete satisfied with my purchase.

Not compatible with polarized glasses. This is a display that should be mounted in landscape orientation. In portrait as for the Escalade, you will be unable to see it when wearing polarized so glasses.

I bought this and I seemed it was missing stuff. It would not turn on and there was a lot of plugs left over from the original radio. I was only given an email for support and a video link that showed a different radio. No reply after a week on the emails and I am sending back. Could be a good radio but I will never know. I don’t know where the other reviewers got the great customer service from, that part might have been left out with the other plugs needed. Would not recommend

It was almost straight forward with the insulation. Have not figured out how to get my rear speakers to work, nor can I get my rear entertainment centers screens to work also having trouble getting my back up camera to turn on when going in Reverse. Was able to get it to Play, which sounded really nice minus the fact that I can’t get my rear speakers to work. I bought the harness to address the issue with the overhead entertainment center, but still isn’t working. I need to find help finding a solution. I put more of a review a little bit later putting an update on what happened.

I recommend the seller the product looks great and for any problems don't do what I done. I had a problem with the backup camera I called my friends then I wrote customer service which they responded quickly then I took it to 2 mechanics which they couldn't figure it out then I wrote customer service which they responded again quickly and told me to put in a code which fix the problem.This was the first time I ever put a radio in any vehicle. Looks great had it installed. Only problem is when putting car in gear the Google maps goes really dark. But when it’s in park it looks great. Almost like going from daytime mode to night mode
