I've been using this at night for less than 2 weeks. However it does seem to be just the "nudge" to help me become drowsy, fall asleep and stay asleep. If I do wake during the night (nature does call), I don't feel disoriented or unstable- a bonus since I'm 74. Plus I seem to go back to sleep quickly. I will continue to use this and do recommend it at a dose of 1 capsule at night 30 min. before bed time.

I had terrible leg cramps for a long while. I asked my Doctor what I could do and she said to try these and they actually worked! Not just a little.. but they actually got rid of all of my leg cramps..even the pinchy tweezy ones that kept me up at night. There are 3 different types of Magnesium and some can cause stomach issues and diarrhea. These are Not that type of Magnesium. I’ve had no bad side effects..only a great relief from cramps! I’ve purchased these several times and one time I ran out and forgot about it until the muscle cramps started again. So I know they work and are a great help for these kinds of issues. Please always ask your Doctor or Pharmacist before taking these. I’m not a medical professional. I highly recommend these myself!

My sleep quality has greatly improved and when I do wake up, I am able to get back to sleep quickly. But, due to my age, it did not allow me to sleep for longer period of time. I would definitely recommend this to those people who have problems with waking up and not going back to sleep.
