These adult incontinence pull-ups are the best. I have been using them now for about three years and I have never seen or had these type of pull-ups that fit beautifully and were comfortable and did not cut into my skin at any given time. They come in packages of 11 or 10 if you buy them single they may come in a little more. I never buy them single I always buy them by the case. Unfortunately, I have never seen them in any other color but white they have a blue stripe at the waist line on one side to show that is the front. They have a real nice powdery smell. The pull-up smell is as if they were with powder right after a shower. I like the way they go on for they slide on very easily and they are smooth. They have less sized sides in front and back and they have elongated legs like the holes for the legs. They are like a panty, high-rise panty. The innermost liner is nice and thick and absorbent so that it will hold what you can’t hang onto before you get to the restrooms and when you are out on a date or having dinner; one of my favorite things about them is that they are great for absorption and protects your outer clothing . I would have to say that for the price the quality is very good. I would prefer them to be lower in price but they’re worth it. They’re worth the price that they are that they have in the quality is very good. They last a long time,;They don’t tear, they don’t rip unless you have sharp nails, pretty nails, a broken nail anything like that you can’t put a hole in them it’s very difficult to do and it’s very easy to get them on and get them off.

They’re also fairly slim considering how much they hold. Under his pajamas, they are barely noticeable – which is great for his confidence and comfort. The elastic is snug but not too tight, leaving no red marks on his skin. Putting them on and taking them off is as easy as any underwear; when it’s time to remove, the sides tear away smoothly which makes clean-up convenient. I appreciate that feature because it allows removal without having to fully undress him. Buying the 72-pack has been economical and convenient. We don’t have to worry about running out for quite a while, and it’s one less thing on my shopping list each week. The consistent quality in this bulk pack is noteworthy – every piece has been reliable; we haven’t encountered any duds (no defective tabs or anything like we did occasionally with other brands). As a caregiver, these LivDry underwear have lessened my workload and given my dad more comfort. He even remarked that he sleeps better not feeling dampness or worrying about accidents. I’d recommend these to anyone in a similar situation. They provide peace of mind through the night, and that’s invaluable for both the person wearing them and the caregiver helping. It’s one of those products that truly improves quality of life in a simple, important way.

EDIT- 11/5/25 these work pretty well for the most part, but my husband wasn't completely dry a few mornings like at first. -------- Liv Dry are life savers for me caring for my husband with a new incontinence issue. I was having issues with nighttime wetness. The other brands I tried just couldn't keep him dry even after changing him several times during the night. I suppose it was mainly because he was a side sleeper. Since purchasing this brand I have not once had a issue. They hold the wetness without any leakage. I would highly recommend these to anyone with incontinence.

This product and the Live Dry Ultimate I have used and continue to use as the other products are much worse and I have tried using all of the. If you have true incontenance meaning most of the time you don’t actually feel yourself peeking then these underwear’s only do a half decent job of keeping you dry even if you limit your liquid intake and forget it if you drink coffee, tea or soda. They require 4-5 changes in a 24 hour day and even if you put on a new one they leak out when you drive or site for about and hour. At night even if you limit you liquid intake to 4 hours before bed they will leak on the side as and up your back and onto young-shirt. So for 60 pieces at use of 5 per 24 hours your get about 12 days out of a four pack order. At $79.50 that is a real crunch on your budget. But alas the other are even worse.

My 86 year old mom was having recurrent UTI's & her physician suggested these briefs as an alternative to another brand she was using that had a gel absorbent. She hasn't had a UTI since! Plus the fit of this brief is much better & she shared it feels more like a "normal" pair underwear.

This helped my senior (98M) grandfather so much, he previously used the brand Depends and for night time use it just couldn't prevent leaks. The LivDry has helped him so much more with staying comfortable throughout the night with no leaks.

My mom has tried many different brands of adult diapers and these are one of the few that get her through the night without leaks. They fit well and she says they are comfortable to wear.

Great absorption. Fits for bigger sized people.

These hold more than any other pull ups. Unfortunately they don’t cut it for my son. He needs something with more absorbency. He was comfortable in them though. So if you don’t need a more heavy duty diaper, these are good.
