This product is very sturdy and pretty well made! Even during the heat of the summer, in my hot food truck, this particular dispenser did not leak at all! No batteries to worry about, simple yet elegant but more importantly, functional! I use mine to dispense the commercial grade pot and pan soap. The soap I use isn't too viscous so this pump works very well for my application! This is my first build so I really wanted to use quality equipment so when I came across Stardrix, read the reviews and the description, I purchased this pump with confidence! When I received my pump I was very impressed with the quality and the straight forward directions! The stainless finish, the all around commercial quality and the PRICE POINT make this product by Stardrix my go to!

Bought this for my medical clinic. It never worked right - pump was not dispensing soap. Tinkered with it one day late in the evening. It seemed to start working. Next morning it had leaked soap all over the sink, the waste bin, floor, furniture. A royal mess. Looks good, but not a reliable piece of equipment. UPDATE- After receiving a refund for this, bought another - this time a foam dispenser - and it is working just fine. The company reached out to me for comment on that acquisition, and I agreed to update this feedback. Very responsive people. Would buy again. The company reached out to me again and provided a new dispenser replacing the original model. I installed it in the bathroom most frequently used in our clinic. Two months after that it is working fine. No issues. Outstanding company to work with, great service and responsiveness. Buy with confidence that if things don't go right, they will go over and beyond to make them right for you.

The soap dispenser looks great in my bathroom. It is super easy for adults and children to use! The soap has not leaked since we installed it and dispenses the perfect amount each time!

My Stardrix soap dispenser stopped working after about 2 years. As soon as I made contact with Stardrix they sent me a free replacement, so I'm happy with the product again.

It was great at first it looks nice and worked great with no dripping. After about 3 weeks it dripped all the time and by the fourth week it doesn’t work at all.
