Great Belt !!!!
This is a great addition to your gym bag, very well made , comfortable to wear I think it will last me as long as I need one !!!! the chain is very strong and as for the price fantastic, it does not dig into your inner thighs like a couple of others I tried at the gym and sits very comfortable on the back

Good Belt. RDX is always solid.
Sturdy, comfortable, functional. RDX is always good and this hangs in the same tier. I have used it for dips and belt squats. Solid company. Might be that the clips that come with it should be changed out depending on the amount of weight you put on it, but so far they have held up. I think it claims 500lb cap. If I were going to really push that I might would use better clips. But, good belt.

Great buy for beginner and intermediate lifters!
Purchased this for doing weighted dips and pull-ups. Compared to other dip belts this one is pretty light. The chains and clip are probably about half the weight of a standard belt you may find lying in the gym, though it does not necessarily feel cheap, just really light. The belt feels good on my back and I have up to this point been able to add 25 pounds of weight comfortably. I imagine that this would not be the best fit for anyone who is an advanced power-lifter, as I don't think the chains and clip will hold out over time. Solid buy!

Great belt
Very comfortable belt and well made. For the price you can’t beat it. Get yourself one.

Fantastic for belt squats
Using this primarily as a belt for a DIY cable belt squat. It held up to 200 lbs easily. Seems like it’s built well with good-quality stitching. A+.

For increasing intensity on dips, this is the hot ticket...
Oh yeah, as if doing dips alone wasn't enough, now I had to have a dipping power belt to add more weight! Ha! Anyway, after reading other reviews and pulling the trigger, I say this is a great buy. I've been using olympic weights so far, but I'm only up to 25lb single plates so far. I've tried a couple different latching positions, including just a single loop through the weight and a double. No problems whatsoever except making the dips that much harder :-) I like the way it hangs fairly close to the thigh area so you can grip the weight easily and keep it from swinging. Very good buy.

Missing Chainbelt and too small.
Product was too small around the waist, and the package came opened without the chain belt. Maybe it’ll work for someone with a waist smaller than 27”. But missing the chain belt was a critical error.

This belt is of better quality than I expected
This belt is of better quality than I expected. Though I have had it only a short time, using it for weighted pull ups and bar dips, it seems to be of high quality materials with strong double stitching in all the right places. I am very confident it will give many years of use and you can't beat the price/quality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone including the most serious lifter.

“Muy buen cinturón, resistente y cómodo. La cadena aguanta sin problemas y se siente seguro incluso con bastante peso. Totalmente recomendable.”

Good quality belt. Well built and so far it has carried 300lbs so far. I use it on the dip or pulled up station and now, the sled.

You’re not supposed to use dipping belts with plates, you should use dumbbells instead because their shape does not change as the weight goes up. I use 80lbs for my chin ups: trying to use plates would have me use 45 + 25 + 10, which would result in an unbalanced mess that is hard to set up and hard to land safely. With an 80lbs dumbbell, all I have to do is to coil up the chain 2x around it, tighten it, then attach the hook at the end to the belt. This is where the shortcomings of this product show up: the chain is not long enough to coil of up around a dumbbell without having to be awkwardly close to it. To make things worse, the hooks that came with this belt are too flimsy and small. You may prick your finger while trying to detach a hook from the belt. Finally, the belt itself is too stiff and not long enough to wrap around the waistline.

Good belt, chain seems pretty strong and sturdy and it's easy to put on and off.
