These really work for my anxiety but I'm not going to sugar-coated it, the flavour is not pleasant. I usually put them in water with a little cordial to mask the flavour. Other than the flavour they are great! When I feel a little anxious I have 10 drops and I start to feel much more relaxed. These don't make me drowsy and only need to be taken once or twice a day. If you're considering these, go for it, they work!

It does work, at least for me anyway. The amount of drops you put in, at maximum is recommended to be no more than 20, I tend to put in about 13 on average. I find that it tends to smooth out your day, so although you may still feel anxiety about something, it is manageable and you don't get the heart palpitations, nausea, dizziness, etc,etc that you might have otherwise experienced. OK, that's the good news. Bad news is, if you've been taking them for an extended length of time, day longer than 2 months, whatever you do, DON'T come off them suddenly! I did this about 3 weeks ago, thinking that I now, after having finished a particularly stressful period in my life, could go 'cold turkey' and just stop taking them. After about 5 days of abstinence, I started having really bad panic attacks, feeling like I was going to pass out, really bad stomach nausea, it was horrible. Left it another week after that, thinking it couldnt possibly be the cause, but that week too was awful. After having been to the doctor and been told it was probably a stomach bug, which I knew it wasn't, I decided to go back on the drops. After about 5 days I started feeling better again. Think that next time I want to stop, I'll cut down slowly!

While it smells weird to me and is bitter, helps quite fast.
