Water temperature is good, just seems to take a while.

Functions well, however, it requires upping the circuit beaker amperage at the panel to 50A.

Cheap quality, mostly plastic and it leaks. I had to remove it after installing.

Heating water

1. You can use a 20A breaker for short periods OK – I do. Great for washing hands or brushing teeth. 15A vs 20A vs 30A breaker? The heater says it draws 32 Amps but has a 15-20 Amp power chord. I measured a continuous 30A power draw on my water heater. Breakers trip with a magnetic and thermal mechanism and are rated to protect wiring and receptacles. 20A breaker is made to trip in <1hr at 27Amps and in <2min at 40Amps. This means you can use it for ~38 to 47 seconds at 30~32Amps. A 15A breaker won’t work. It trips in 20~80 seconds at 22.5A. 2. Hot vs Warm. Great for luke-warm water. Doesn’t get real hot unless you turn it off for a bit, then the water heats up for a spurt next time you turn on. Great if you are trying to get the chill off icy cold water. That’s fine for me
