This is a nicely made unit, good instructions for installation and a wide range of effects, also has a useful feature of powering and controlling an external led strip, magnetic surround fixing is clever and seems quite secure. Log and crystal options are nice, the logs especially creating a very realistic look, not sure I'll ever use the crackling fire sounds but it was a fun novelty to try. All in all a nice unit and I'm pleased I went for this rather than some of the cheaper units available.

Flame and heat very good

Absolutely love this fireplace insert we are so happy with it. Was so pleased with all the different features it has especially the fire sounds which I didn’t realise it had when I bought it. Looks so realistic and makes our living room so cozy. Highly recommend.

We’ve been researching for roughly a month as these electric fireplaces range from £200 to £3,500. We wanted a good one and nearly opted for the more expensive but T hought we’d try this before we emptied the piggy bank.It was delivered by 2 men at a designated time slot. We had to give a code that Amazon sent that morning to accept the delivery (very safe as it’s worth a bit more than the £5 deliveries we usually get!) . They brought it into the house for me as it’s quite heavy.The packaging was really impressive and secure.Very easy to put together. The flames are really realistic for an electric fire (I was very sceptical), the colours are great (some tacky but the first 3 are perfect for what we want).The heater is great! The sound effects are ok. I turn it right down and use the second one and it’s quite nice.So surprised and impressed! I would recommend to anyone. It’s saved us 2 grand!Thank you!
