Faulty product and bad after sale service.
Product is faulty. Given return request and got the option to arrange return by myself and did not get any courier service which is ready to delivernor charges was super high that I can buy new product.

Bought it for around 700rs, the quality of the product is extremely good for that price. Be it stitch quality or quality of zippers. Also 2 zip pockets are available on the outside, and one on the inside. One open compartment and one laptop compartment. The shoulder strap is also optional and has nylon material on the underside for rugged use and is covered with faux leather on the outside. Very well designed. Will definitely buy from bagneeds in future

Bag edges got faded and torn, the same has been repeated over the stitched line 4-5 areas and it looks really odd, apart from these the bag is worthy for the price 3.5/5 But in terms of quality and material 2/5
