Astaxanthin 12mg optimum dose
I have been taking astaxanthin, mainly to treat my dry eye condition. I have had persistent red eye for a number of months, but since taking the 12mg astaxanthin, it has improved significantly. it's hard to find a genuine astaxanthin supplement that offers the 12mg dose, but I trust Time Health and their organic products. Although the price is quite high, it is what I would expect to pay for the dosage. Astaxanthin is best absorbed with fat and the capsule contains a small amount of olive oil to help this process. There are lots of potential health benefits when taking astaxanthin, but it is something you would need to take long term to feel the benefits.
