I have another hand massager and this one will be my go-to instead now - primarily because it does encompass and massage the wrist vs hand only. It is rechargeable and has heat and air-inflation massage. I did mark down a star as the heat was pretty lacking for me and is a feature that is typically very helpful when my hands are sore. One feature that I believe will be a love or hate feature for people - in addition to the inflation massage, there are pinpoint nubs all over the place in here, and they are what makes contact with the majority of the hand when the air bladder inflates to massage you and it can feel a little like pinpricks. In my case, a few of them would hit key nerve or bloodflow points and my fingers would go numb or tingly briefly. The divots from these nubs took about an hour to mostly fade after about a 10 minute session (on two individuals because I thought it might just be me). You can increase or decrease the strength of the air inflation, but you cannot do so at independent locations within the massager, so if you want a good strong pressure on your fingers, palm, or wrist - all areas will get the same treatment. This is not inherently bad but I was left with tingling or numb fingers from wrist compression while my palm - where I needed higher pressure - really didn't feel it'd been massaged much at all. The leftover nub indents agreed that the pressure was uneven. For this price I do wish it allowed for increasing or decreasing pressure for targeted zones.

A la cuarta semana dejó de funcionar la parte que da masaje a la planta del pie. Es una lástima, la tuve que regresar :(
