Love it…..
I’ve never had protein powder and let me tell you, I was missing out this whole time. My doctor has me on a high protein low carb diet and this fits the bill perfectly and the taste is exactly as described and is definitely delicious! It’s high in protein and causes me no stomach discomfort. I do have IBS, but this has no effect on it whatsoever. The positive amounts of vitamins in it are also a plus. It’s almost like taking a daily vitamin, but I’m not. It has just the right amount of caffeine per serving so I can drink this in exchange for dinner. It’s not gritty at all and mixes well too, even without a blender, hand frother or shaker bottle. When mixed well it’s a shake consistency and the texture of it is simply that of a milkshake. I can honestly say I recommend it, not only for its benefits, but also at a great price. I’ll continue to purchase this brand.

Good protein
I like this protein because it doesn’t clump up and get stuck in your cup or blender. Also it mixes really smooth not super thick and isn’t grainy. Protein per calorie is nice. And flavor most importantly for me I like it because it doesn’t taste like chemicals. Yes the vanilla flavor is a little bland but I’d rather it be a little bland than taste horrible like some chemicals like other brands with just water. Also when I mix this with fat free fairlife milk in the ninja creami, it taste literally like some high quality vanilla ice cream and it’s actually really sweet somehow.

My #1 protein EVER
I've been working out for a while and most consistently this past year and a half. My boyfriend has too, and we are pretty seasoned in protein powders. Out of everything we have tried (ghost, syntha6, orgain, small brands, etc.) this one is the winner BY FAR. It tastes exactly like vanilla ice cream (my favorite flavor anyways...) and has one of the best calorie per gram of protein ratios ever. It's also a really great price for 29 servings. It mixes and blends pretty well, but powders will always foam up a little when you first mix them. The ingredients list is super simple and doesn't have a ton of filler like other brands do which is a major pro of mine. My stomach doesn't hurt after drinking it and I'm an asian woman with a crazy overreactive stomach. The only step up from this would be their premade shakes!

Vanilla ok, chocolate better
Not my fav. I personally prefer the chocolate over this, the chocolate tastes like a milkshake (similar to the taste of chocolate instant breakfast or nesquik) and I can put it in other things like baked goods with them turning out well. However, the vanilla tastes a lot more chemically and I can only have it with almond milk, I can’t mix it into baked goods or anything else without it ruining it. Good protein tho for the price, I finished the container (eventually) but I will only re-buy the chocolate from now on!

Excellent Value- macro math, cost, taste, results (and a delicious shake recipe!)
Yes- the math is great- 30g of protein, 1g of sugar, 2g fat, 150 calories per serving (2 scoops). And yes, there are similar products with similar nutritional metrics, but I go for Premier Protein for several reasons: 1. Cost. $.93/ounce is highly competitive, despite mainstream product overhead and really nice packaging. Premier Protein is significantly cheaper than Dymatize ISO100 at $1.55/ounce, Optimum Nutrition at $1.37/ounce, and many other similar brands that check some of the same boxes. 2. Consistency. I have consumed in excess of 20 pounds over the past few years. Every tub has the same consistency, same quantity (irritatingly underfilled like ALL of these products), and tastes exactly the same (see 3.). 3. Taste. The Chocolate Milkshake flavor is aaahhhhhhmazing! My shakes taste like regular chocolate shakes- rich, creamy, flavorful with NO chemical bite or off putting whey overtones. (My delicious macro-bomb recipe is below.) 4. Fill-factor. After a 32 oz shake I feel full. Yes- Boyle's law holds and pressure is directly correlated to volume. However, the full feeling lingers for many hours. I have NOT had the same prolonged satiation with other protein powder options. 5. Results/Performance. I am not a nutritional expert, trainer, fitness model, body builder, or beach ego-manic. I'm a regular, middle-aged guy who is in pretty good shape and wants to stay that way. I refuse to lose tone, strength, and mass without a fight. So... after a recent back surgery and a desire to rebuild size and strength efficiently, I changed my daily workouts and my daily nutrition that now includes a midday shake- one per day, every day. I have experienced noticeable gains in muscle size and density as well as strength- particularly big muscle groups in shoulders, back, and legs (sorry- no pictures! ;) ). My 470 calorie / 56g protein shake recipe: -------------------------------------------------- Fill 32 ounce blender cup halfway with ice, then add: - 40g (2 scoops) of Premier Protein Chocolate Milkshake - 1 teaspoon of raw, unsweetened powdered cocoa - 3g of creatine monohydrate (if you add creatine, up your hydration- drink tons of water! Here's a link for a good option: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CCCNKD73?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1) - 3g of marine collagen peptides (bovine collagen is arguably better with different macros if you can consume mammalian food products) - 1 large raw egg (appropriate cautions if you have concerns about raw foods) - 1 medium banana (optional, but I find it adds a tiny bit of sweetness and more creaminess) - 1/2 cup of skim milk (skip if dairy is an issue, but DO NOT substitute with nut/vegetable "milks." Shake will still be creamy)) - 2 tablespoons of vanilla Greek yogurt (as above, skip if dairy is an issue) - pinch of Celtic salt if you want to neutralize some of the sweetness Top with cold water, blend and enjoy! Soooooooooo good. TIP: If you want some texture in your shake, try adding a tablespoon of bittersweet chocolate chips or cacao nibs before blending. Yes, it adds a few calories, but not enough to create a guilt-flog impulse!

Protein, caffeine, taste.
Premier Protein Café Latte is hands down one of the best protein shakes I’ve tried. The flavor is smooth, creamy, and tastes just like a thicker sweetened iced coffee. No chalky aftertaste at all. It’s perfect for mornings or an afternoon pick-me-up, especially since it has caffeine for an extra boost. It’s filling, satisfying, and easy on the stomach. If you love coffee and want a convenient way to get protein in, this flavor is a good staple. Mix with alittle creamer of your choice (pumpkin) and then your milk/water and pour over ice 👍

Use 2 scoops for 30 g !!
Hands down, best protein on the market. Mixes fully and easily in any liquid. Note, for full 30g, must use 2 scoops. I shorted myself for several months, only getting 1/2 the protein I needed, following stomach surgery. They really need to double the size of the scoop, in my opinion. Tastes great and smooth.

sweet, clumpy, but not bad
Unable to mix easily as a drink; foams up and expands in a blender. But with care, provides a sweet base for a smoothie without a lot of calories. Blend with bananas, peanut butter (or nuts), broccoli, and spinach for a nutritious meal substitute.

This protein powder is a winner. The flavour abs texture is very palatable. 2 scoops into a regular pancake mix produces a delicious outcome - a wonderful surprise.

I’ve tried quite a few protein powders over the years, but Premier Protein’s chocolate whey powder really stands out. First of all, the taste is fantastic, smooth, rich, and actually enjoyable, like a light chocolate milkshake, without the chalky aftertaste some powders have. Each serving delivers 30g of high-quality protein with just 150 calories and only 1g of sugar, which fits perfectly into my diet goals. Whether I’m using it as a post-workout shake or a quick breakfast on busy mornings, it keeps me full and energized for hours. It also mixes easily with water—no clumps or fuss, just two scoops into 200ml and it’s ready. I sometimes blend it with ice and almond milk for an even creamier texture. If you’re looking for a great-tasting, low-sugar protein powder that delivers on both flavor and nutrition, this one’s a winner. Definitely repurchasing!
