I recently took a fermentation class and learned all about fermented things, including kombucha. The instructor brought several homebrewed samples for class and I was surprised to taste the difference between home-brewed kombucha and the commercially made stuff in the stores (didn't think I liked kombucha!). Instructor gave us a scoby to take home, and I found this blend to try. I like that it is organic, which is important to many a kombucha maker. It's a good value for the money, as I can make several batches from one bag. I also like that there are different blends to try, as the flavor profiles can be changed. Instructions on the back of the bag were very clear and helpful! And the ratio is spot on. Will def buy more as I become more versed in making kombucha!

The tea made delightful kombucha. The package had a nice wide opening, making it easy to get the tea without making a mess. I will definitely reorder this tea!

The tea is the best blend I after ever tried. The paper teabags, not so much. Save yourself money and buy muslin teabags. I know it says to not use them. Do yourself a favor and use them. It will save you money and the paper teabags break while using. Too prone to breaking. Not worth what they are asking and will ruin your tea. However, the blend is excellent and has made really good kombucha. Best black tea blend I have ever used. Well worth it.

This tea makes the best Kombucha! I have also used it for making iced tea and it is amazing! Will definitely buy again.
