There's better neck exercisers out there, but this is affordable. The strap on your head design, and the multiple hooks allows you to isolate different neck muscles. This is the thing you're looking for if you're going to be working out a muscle imbalance. I recommend pairing it with those exercise rubber bands. This hooks right up to those to increase the work out.

I had a 20 inch neck when I played football and powerlifted through school and college, and now at the age of 59 I have the dreaded turkey neck even though I'm lean everywhere else, lol. So I bought this to see if I can tighten up the skin by toning up the neck muscles. Also I do BJJ, so it's good to have a strong neck anyway. I think the construction is just fine. Seems very durable. My head circumference is 22 inches, so the MD is perfectly snug. As far as people complaining about no instructions, just YouTube or Google search some physical therapy or BJJ neck exercises. I would not however attach weights, just my opinion. The band provides plenty of resistance. When using the forehead hook, I also would not lift my chin up, but rather pull my chin "in."

Overall quality is ok. It’s a bit cumbersome to put on and takes a little practice. The very first thing that broke off was the little rubber chin cup when I tried sliding it into position on the strap, but missing that part doesn’t really prevent it from working as intended. For the price its worth it, just don’t have expectations that are to high.

Order came on time. Had a problem with 1 d-ring not stitched well. Tore loose first time it was used. Sewed back together and works fine now. Item fits well and works great at this point.

Arrived quickly and as described. I use this for trying to build up my neck muscles. I do work out daily and for 20+ years but have neglected my neck. I haven’t had it long enough to notice major results but I was sore the first few times I used it! (Good sign) I’m not looking to get a huge muscle neck but just strengthen it. I use it 2 x per week. Does the job.

Maybe I could give it a better review but it came with no instructions on how it fit or is adjusted or fastened to your head, it’s ridiculous, I’ve had someone trying to figure it out but I’ve had it for months and get totally frustrated when I try to figure out the mess of straps, very poor usability, not necessary

Good fit comfortable and easy to use

I used this twice before the stitching ripped I am very disappointed in the quality of the stitching considering it’s a weight lifting neck harness and at the time I had weight loaded onto the shackle and it gave way mid work out.
