Just got it Working good, No leakage, Keeping my cofee hot for atleast 6 hrs If while sipping cofee if you keep the lid open then won't be that long otherwise it does give 6 hra to me Completely worth it

Damaged packaging
Im giving 4stars becoz my packaging is already damaged and the box of mug is already opened not sealed as it should be, but the mug is ok size is ok too and quality is good there is no leakage.and ease to use can carry everywhere

Leak proof!
It's a very good thermos. Beverage stays warm for around 4-5 hours, which is suitable for me. It is also leak proof as it claims to be. I carried it in my bag all day and took public transports and still there was no leak. This thermos also looks very stylish, the size and portion is just right. So far, I've used it only for a day. I hope it continues to be this good of quality.

Lid broke under normal use due to steam pressure.
I bought the — MILTON Thermosteel Vacuum Insulated Travel Coffee Mug, 350ml, Silver, Prolonged Hours Hot & Cold, ISI Certified, Spill Proof & Easy to Sip, Leakproof & Rustproof, On The Go Coffee Cup — from Amazon and today in the morning the lid of the mug CRACKED from the hinge side under NORMAL USE due to STEAM PRESSURE. I want a full A-to-Z GUARANTEE CLAIM and the REFUND or REPLACEMENT I have been using other Borosil mugs but never faced such problem for years. Never expected this poor quality of product from MILTON.

Great product
Good product but keeps coffee hot for approx. 6 hours only. Maybe because the cap of the bottle isn’t insulated. Because when i pour hot coffee in it then the cap feels hot from outside. Other than that great product. Easy to clean, easy to carry, no leakage. Value for money. Milton brand so trustworthy!

I bought two of these cups. They’re great at keeping coffee hot and never leak. However, both ended up with a broken lid after a while. I wish it were possible to buy the lid separately.

I really like it. It keeps my coffee/tea boiling hot fo more than five hours. I dropped the lid and it is still working well and it is not leaking.
