Just one detail
Great bag, amazing capacity, nice design and color, excellent functionality. Just one detail ruined it for me: the black dye/wax they use for the leather straps transfers unto my clothes and rubs on them. Tried rubbing it off and wiping it with wipes, but it doesn't go but rather continue transferring. Had to retire the bag after.

Material was not mentioned upon buying
This bag is way too big. It’s bigger than my original laptop bag and it’s made jute which was not mentioned. Totally a waste for me became its way too big.
