2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude.Nice quality screen, real glass, fits perfect, took about 30min to install. No issues. The screen is glossy, not mat, pops a lot more over the original screen. Deeper more vibrant colors. CarPlay looks much better.So far working 100%, have no issues. Much better over the delaminated screen, should have replaced it years ago. When it automatically dialed 911, it was time, the screen was tying to tell me something.

Like everyone I have had problems with the adhesive getting between the screen and getting random buttons pushed. I have rebuilt it once and it lasted about a year. This time I cracked the screen while taking it apart. This assembly is so much easier to do. I had it swapped in about 5 minutes and it worked perfect.

I’ve had this try for a couple months now initially it was fine. I installed it in summer when I wasn’t getting too hot or too cold as soon as temperatures rose up and I got too hot in the car I would come and start the car and have the backlight come on, but the screen was not visible, although you could still touch buttons Now it’s becoming colder out. I’m having the same issue so every morning I have to guess what my temperature controls are because they seem to reset when this happens then later on in the afternoon when it warms up, I’m able to use my radio again never had this issue with the original one, but I did have the glue issue with that one which prompted the change

I usually don’t make reviews but after buying this and getting a message from the company asking Amazon to prioritize my delivery allowing the package to get to me quicker this things works great as intended with no issues 10/10

Quick easy replacement

I bought this screen as a replacement when someone borrowed my car and cracked the radio screen.When I installed it, the first thing I noticed was how much better the all glass screen looked than the OEM screen with its plastic touch screen overlay.The second thing I noticed was the image was ever so slightly shifted to the left. After a month or so the picture would come in and out until the display failed.I contacted the seller and they quickly replied and offered to pay for a repair shop to replace it. When I asked if they would just send a replacement, they did so immediately.Upon installing the replacement I noticed the picture doesn't have the left shift that the first unit did and has been working without issue for a few weeks now.Customer service like this is something I value greatly and I highly recommend this company.

Just got done installing the new screen on my 2018 jeep Grand Cherokee trailhawk. It took me about 45 minutes after watching a couple YouTube videos yesterday. It looks awesome and no more phantom touches!I was worried it wouldn’t have the heated/vented seat buttons and when I turned it on the first time they didn’t show up. I restarted my car and then they were there! I don’t have the issue some others have with the screen shifted to the left. It’s perfectly centered. It also seems like a higher quality than the original. This is for sure the best way to go if you are having the phantom touch issue.
