I bought this SanDisk 256GB Extreme SDXC card as a gift, and it’s been an excellent choice. This is a great SD card and the quality of SanDisk is a reason why I keep returning to them for my storage needs, However, despite being advertised as including RescuePro Deluxe, there is no information about it nor any visible sign of the software on the SD card. I tried to contact Amazon but all the Customer Service options did not include a simple query. I tried to contact them on X, but they do not permit Direct Messages. So I posted a message - they have not replied. So, while this is a great card and is good value for the price, there appears to be a misrepresentation in the offer of "RescuePro Deluxe" . Post Script: I did eventually - after much searching around - manage to contact an Amazon rep through the chat facility. He very helpfully agreed to refund me £4 in respect of the misleading banner statement. So, THANKS AMAZON. Post Post Script: I have ordered two other SanDisk items since this purchase

I am a music photographer and gravitate towards these SanDisk SD cards every time. It came in standard protective packaging, which was easy to open. I like that it comes with a protective case for those who don't have one. The card is compatible and works seamlessly with my Nikon D750. I don't shoot video, but if I did I would probably opt for something higher than V30. However, for my needs I find them to be reliable and get the job done efficiently without lag. Transfer speeds to my laptop are quick, which helps save on editing time. For the storage capacity, I think it's good value (particularly when getting it on sale like I did). A dependable, fast SD card that I will continue to repurchase.

I ordered this Scandisk Extreme SD card because I needed another card for the storage space, using my camera daily and often, recently, shooting a lot in raw and JPEG. It would save slogging through images every evening, to delete many and load others onto an external hard drive which is filling up. What I didn't foresee was the bonus of speed, actually photographing. My camera was supposed to deliver quite highspeed frames per second. but this wasn't happening. Single scene shots led to the red processing indicator blinking so long, I had to wait to switch off the camera again. And continuous shots of flocks of birds taking off\flying would soon cause the camera to 'stutter', so I had to stop while the indicator spent literally ages blinking to process the images. The Extreme card has dispensed with any processing lag, apart from brief blinks after extreme continuous shots... I have previously bought this card to use with slower frame per second cameras, and it performed better than the Extreme Pro Scandisk card I was using with this camera. I do not know if that card has simply deteriorated with time, or whether it is not intended for amateurs who are trigger happy in photographing birds!
