From the first application, my scalp felt calm and less itchy. The cooling effect is very soothing. I noticed visible dandruff reduction within a few uses. Flakes were much less compared to before. The tea tree oil feels refreshing and keeps the scalp clean without making it dry. The 1% salicylic acid helps in gently clearing buildup and dandruff from the scalp.
