Good quality compression rash guard.

Fits well and is comfortable. I use it for jiujitsu and I'm happy with it.

I’m new to BJJ and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a rash guard. This is well priced and functional. This is compression fit so I sized up.

The quality is very good but I feel the sizing is a bit small and would recommend a size up

Haven't tried it yet but seems to be really comfy. The sizes are ridiculous but if you follow their size chart you should be ok. I'm 5ft 11 and 13.5 stone with an athletic build and as an example I'd normally wear a medium sized T shirt from next or Matalan but following the size chart XXL fits me well

Great quality

I’ve given this three stars because I had to return it. The overall quality seemed very good, but the size was FAR smaller than that stated. It is significantly smaller than a similar, same sized, product which I bought from Under Armour.

Worth money

I bought a trio set with shorts and a pants for no-gi bjj. This also is my first compression style set. I am pleasantly surprised. I’m 6’3” and 185lbs, and X-Large was a good choice for the rash guard. Compression is there but light and very comfortable. I could see it being too loose for someone, but for me it’s perfect. I recommend the RDX trio; for the price it’s unbeatable!

Bei Kompressions Shirts ist der Sinn & Zweck ja hauptsächlich auch darin gegeben, das es eng am Körper anliegt und die Durchblutung fördert. Um die richtige Größenauswahl zu treffen sollte man nicht von seiner "normalen" Standard T-Shirt Größe ausgehen sondern, je nach eigenen Muskel- bzw. Körperumfang gleich eine Nummer größer bestellen. Denn die Shirts fallen sehr eng aus & ich musste die von mir zuerst bestellte Größe (M), tauschen. Da es für mich, als leicht muskulösen, 181cm großen, ca. 83kg schweren Mann eigtl. nahezu unmöglich war reinzukommen. Der Tausch ist aber reibungslos & schnell erfolgt. Ansonsten gibt es auch nichts zu beanstanden sowohl die Qualität wie auch das Material sind optisch & in der Verarbeitung einwandfrei. Der Stoff ist relativ dünn aber robust, reiß- sowie ziehfest und zudem Atmungsaktiv, was ideal für die ein o. andere (auch längere) Trainingseinheit geeignet ist.

sieht cool aus und fühlt sich auf der Haut sehr fein an. Die Gefäße werden besser durchblutet und der Schweiß wird schneller abtransportiert. Es verhilft dadurch sogar zu mehr Ausdauer und Performance beim Sport. Die Kompression schont die Muskeln, und verhindert eine Übersäuerung. Kühlt im Sommer und wärmt wenns kalt ist. Das Shirt war eine sehr gute Entscheidung!
