Battery powered. I use Duracell or rayovac and it lasts all night for about 12 hours for about 6-7 days. It has white noise, lullaby and heartbeat but I only use the white noise. It's all made and durable. My infant has played with it and dropped it several times and it still works good. It's one of the cheaper options but definitely good value. It comes with a hoop so you can hang it out since the bottom is heavier it tends to stay upright. I like that it's plain and not colorful because she's not distracted by it. Overall very happy I bought this.

This is perfect! The white noise drowns out background noise. A big help with a 14 month toddler and, his 3 month old sister…on different daytime sleeping schedules. Have had this for many months and using it approx 3 times a week. Have not had to change batteries yet. The plastic is sturdy, withstanding falls and not breaking. The buttons are easy to identify for the preferred music, white noise or shushing. The volume button right next to other buttons to adjust easily. Also easy to take on trips out in car or to stores. Keep it next to car seat or on the stroller.

This has been a life saver for sleep for our little one. She loves the white noise. Batteries are lasting well.

Doesn't work

I have an upcoming trip and I was looking for a sound machine that wouldn’t take too much room in my suitcase. This sound machine is compact size, light weight, and comes with a smaller attachment to hook it onto stroller, which makes it so convenient. It has 4 different sounds, volume control, and a timer. I tested it when I went for a walk with my baby and it works perfectly. I’m very happy with my purchase.

We love this travel sound machine! Our youngest loves the shushing and heartbeat sounds. We used this on a zoo trip that overlapped perfectly with nap time. Our oldest wasn’t slowing down but our youngest was able to nap in his stroller to the shushing sound. The music was a nice distraction for both kiddos on the drive there, too!

Love this sound machine! Gives different sounds like shh and lullaby which is different from most. Buuttt.... it takes batteries and is not usb rechargeable.. so I'm curious to see how long it last on batteries

This thing is great and must not draw much power because the batteries last forever
