Size in right for the luggage.

Take a size smaller!
I have 70cm Luggage and got 28inch as per the size guide but it is still too big. The holes on top are placed correctly but for Delsey luggage, the side hole is on the wrong side. Returned.

Cover size and thickness are ok but the cover comes off easily during handling by airport staff.
