This has a very mild taste, but it’s not a bad one. I do have to shake the bottle quite a bit before powder clumps finally break down and dissolve, but I liked this enough to order it a second time. I’ve been struggling with dehydration this winter and these electrolyte packets have helped.

I love this brand. The blue raspberry and pink lemonade are my two favorite flavors. I usually mix 1 packet with a bottle and half of water into a 30oz tumbler. I'd prefer it a little watered down so it's not as sweet all at once. My kids love these "hydration drinks" too! I started drinking them while pregnant with my first daughter. They helped keep me hydrated.

I have a difficult time staying hydrated. Frankly, I hate water. I’m always trying to find something that will hydrate me AND taste good - I found it with Ultima Replenisher! The Blue Raspberry flavor really delivers - it doesn’t taste salty like other electrolyte mixes, it’s not high in sugar and it tastes great!! Definitely a win for me!
