Delicious
Very delicious tea. I do not like drinking tea but for health reasons I try to drink it. The tea bags are fancy. It has enough to last you a whole month if you drink tea once a day.

Not recommended for pregnancy
Tea is good, however I don’t like that the caffeine level is not listed. I would not Recommend while pregnant. Also I felt my stomach felt a little weird after drinking and I am unsure if mate is safe for pregnancy 🤰
