They work rather well. Helps with mental focus There's no crash. Rather big caplets but they are easy to swallow there's not really any after taste once swallowed. Would recommend for someone looking for a boost in focus and a gradual energy boost.

This works great. It is very mild so you don’t notice it. It works very quickly and it’s pretty even there’s no ups or downs. I keep you pretty balanced. There’s no crash. It’s a great value for the money. However, the price keeps creeping up Although it is great, the price might exceed its value if it keeps going up you’re able to focus a lot with it doesn’t give you any weird jittery feeling the potency is great and it’s easy to swallow for me but for some at my be a bit harder. But overall, it works great. I definitely recommend it. I’ve been using it for about 20 years. It is not habit forming you will not get dependent on it. You don’t need three (dose) so start out with one.
