We ordered this dehumidifier for our crawlspace as we’ve recently had some work done. This machine is making a huge difference under our house. We plan to use it for a couple other projects in the future, and so far it’s holding up nicely after round the clock use. We did, however, have to buy a longer hose as the hose that comes with it isn’t very long. But that’s not a big deal because the machine is great, and the smaller hose can be used for other projects. It’s not loud either. Gets the job done without interruption!

First off, I’m not being paid for this review. This is my opinion. I wanted a compact device for my kitchen/living room. This fit the bill. It is very quiet. The capacity is very small, so be mindful of that when you consider purchasing one. It works really great for small areas. It’s not meant for large basements. I absolutely love it. It’s well made and delivered very quickly. I plan to purchase another one for my office. I’m on the phone all day and it’s so quiet I’m not concerned about it being noisy when I’m in the phone. Definitely worth the price.

Does the job efficiently. Using the drain tube so it doesn't collect the water, however the drawer rattles loudly. Wish the drain hose was longer.

Good product and good customer service

My old dehumidifier loud and bulky finally died. Checked reviews on this product liked what I saw. Using in basement where I was feeling the humidity building up. Was skeptical that such a smaller dehumidifier would do the job. Finally a product that did what I needed it to do Very quiet and compact. Smaller bucket but very easy to remove where I always struggled with the old one. I thought the filter was missing but tech support was quick to explain the filter was built into the screen which I finally noticed 100% satisfied Now I feel safe with my son saying down there when he visits which has become his man cave.

Works when I am able to turn it on. No filter was included. When I turn it off to empty tank, the full tank light lights up and beeps - weird, since I turned the power off. The panel on top, where the buttons are, isn't attached properly and I could probably pull it off. The tank holds less than a gallon and is advertised as holding 30 pints. Once I turn the unit off, it is sketchy on when the buttons will work again, so I can turn it back on. Sometimes it's hours before I can turn on again. I will be returning it. Not worth the $150+ price it is listed at.

My apartment during the summer usually has 60-80 humidity. I prefer 40-50%. After having this run for 2 days it brought down the humidity to a comfy 50%. It is a little noisy when running full bore, but it is good white noise. I have to unload it roughly once a day but I honestly dont mind that plus it shows you how much water it is collecting. I would certainly buy this again. Also, buy one of those temperature and humidity meters as well. They are fairly cheap and accurate

this little machine is fabulous! it is quiet and very efficient at its' job.
