I had spine accident back then and also have scoliosis on my lower back. This really helped to ease my backpain especially now that I'm on my 3rd trimester. I ordered Medium and it's a perfect fit for me. I'm 5'4" tall and my original waistline is 26-27 inches, now that i'm on my 3rd trimester, i'm around 36 inches. Hope other may find this helpful.

As I get closer to the end of my pregnancy I need support around my belly, and I’ve tried many different kinds. My favorite thing about this belly band is how simple it is to put on and take off. Yet it is supportive in all the right areas. I am wearing a nude colored band and will wear it under my clothes from now on.

I like that this is soft and comfortable to wear on the bump. I do feel it gives me some low back support too.

Love this belly support band! I have a few other brands, which are still great, BUT this one has by far been the easiest to put on myself. With other ones, I’ve had a hard time getting them tight enough. This one has little hand straps you can hold on to in order to get the perfect tightness and support for your pregnant belly. I highly recommend trying this belly band out!😊

In my last month of pregnancy and the belly is getting heavy. Wasn’t sure this product would work but I’m quite surprised. It’s soft and easy to put on. Lifts up the belly & gives you just enough support to feel relief & comfort. I like to wear it when I’m busy with errands and cleaning.
