I found this effective and much less irritant than "Just for Men". It has a gentler action and so do not it expect it to turn all the course grey hairs of chin beard uniformly dark. It does however produce a more natural darkening than other products leaving a few grey hairs which give a more authentic appearance. A completely dark beard in anyone more than forty looks fake and unconvincing in my opinion in any case. Those who find that it does not work either have incredibly course beard hair or are not leaving it on long enough. Also the colour does not all appear immediately after use but develops over time as the chemical oxidizes on exposure to air. The only downside is that it does stain surfaces and towels that is not apparent immediately as it takes time to develop. Use a dark coloured towel an wipe over surfaces.

This is a good product, almost a great product. THE GOOD It has covered all my grey/white hairs entirely and darkened my auburn beard to a shade of brown more similar to my hair. It takes a few daily washes (1 wash each day for 7 days maybe) to darken to the desired colour and then just a weekly wash to maintain. It does not look unnatural, most people at work (I am a plumber) took a while to realise what was different, some even asking what I had used to try themselves. THE NOT GOOD The cons are not really unexpected for this type of product which is essentially a dye. It will stain surfaces if you are not careful. It also does not smell great when applied. The first time I used it, I used my fingers to rub it into my beard (it does say not to do this in the instructions but hey). Over the course of the next few days my finger nails began to turn a burgundy colour. (They returned to normal after about a week) Following this I began using a rubber glove (black disposable mechanics latex free glove) to appy it to my beard, the glove should then be discarded as the black would stain towels when left to sit on them, I would use a bamboo type brush when in the shower to brush the shampoo through and out of my beard, by the end of 7 days the pine coloured bristles had turned a burgundy brown also. So it is maybe an idea to have a separate brush just for this.

I’m late 20s and my beard just went noticeably grey. I used colouring sprays, mascara etc all of which was high maintenance and looked unnatural. A friend of mine recommended this shampoo, so I decided to get it. It will not work instantly! You have to apply it consistently every day in the shower. By day 5-6 my gray's were darker. For me, after I finish washing my hair and body I apply this product outside the shower head rubbing it in with the palm of my hand, I wash my hands and then use the head of shower to wash the shower tray (it will stain if you don’t wash it instantly) - by the time that’s finished it’s been 2-3 minutes so I wash it off.

Not recommended - seemed to dye everything EXCEPT the thing it was meant to dye (the beard). Dyed the bath, the sink, the shower curtain. The beard to which it had been applied showed very little change.

Initial results : After three days of regular use, no effect on beard. After three weeks : The beard does has bern getting darker, bit it is really gradual. Leave it on for about 10 mins. I have now started usingrubber gloves do that l can work the dye into the all area's of the beard. If you don't want dye on your fingers, use the the rubber gloves to wash of the solution and then when the water runs clear give the beard a final rinse.

This product far exceeded my expectations. It’s so good that I usually buy a few tubes because I don’t know what I’d do if they stopped selling as they do not sell in the local shops or if they do the shops are not close to me. My advice is to follow the instructions to ensure a natural change and stop once you get the desired effect. Never leave in more than 3.5 to 4 minutes. I’ve been able keep it off the very to back of my head close to the neckline which leaves a nice grey effect. I’m sixty two and not many if any man this age has zero grey hairs. It’s so good that the person who cuts my hair didn’t know until I spilled the beans. It’s been recommended to their other male clients as they can’t do the job this product does without colouring all the hair which looks unnatural on men older than 50. A pro tip I’d like to offer is to use latex gloves and use in the sink that can be immediately cleaned up vs in the shower. A dark towel for initial drying of your hair is also a must. You will stain white or light colored towels if you use just after application.

Basta avere un pò di pazienza e dopo 4/5 applicazioni la barba da bianca prende una sfumatura di grigio scuro molto bella e oltretutto sembra più curata. Volevo un prodotto con rendesse un pò di colore + naturale alla barba e questo è perfetto. La sto usando da quasi 1 mese facendo un trattamento da 5 applicazioni ogni 2 settimane e ancora non ho finito il prodotto, quindi anche a livello di utilizzo/prezzo ci siamo.
